Absolute amazing customer service from Daniel at Berri. PS5 consoles sold out in all Adelaide metro stores due to the Black Friday special and he was more happy to assist.

Top bloke he always seems happy to help out over the phone. Ordered and paid online and console was put aside immediately even right before close on a Sunday and was there waiting for me.

Great variety of games and accessories. Staff very helpful. Good second hand games out the front of the store.

The staff here are just exceptional always friendly and helpful. They never push for a sale like some places do. If they don't have something in store they will get it in for you (if able to). They are all about happy and satisfied customers.
