Bunnings Berri

I'm reasonably certain that I live at this particular Bunnings 90% of the time as we're renovating a very old home but it's definitely by far, the best Bunnings I've ever had the pleasure of needing, I've never had a problem with a staff member, in fact, quite the opposite they are all exceptional, very helpful, and extremely engaging, they all get on well by the look of it and I don't think you can fake that kind of thing so it makes it much more pleasant as a customer to come and go on a regular basis, thanks alot team you sure make renovating a home a lot more bearable than it would have been.. everything from inside the house to starting a desert garden to building an inexpensive goat pen, you had everything we needed. I can think of a few names that stand out but at the risk of offending the others that are always very helpful I'll leave the names out of it but you guys know who you are, and our goats are very grateful too .. wink wink 😉 see you soon

Bunnings is always good value for a visit. Doesn't matter which one your in, you always can find a great product or bargain without looking too far.

Jenny at the Special Orders desk is amazing. Friendly, bubbly personality and extremely helpful. It took a while to order but it's only because she wouldn't give up and say that they couldn't get my part in that we finally tracked down for my order. She went above and beyond til we were able to get what I needed. Fantastic service.

The service at Bunnings is awesome. Making special mention to Olivia who went beyond what I accepted she rang and explain they had a issue with my delivery but they had already come up with a situation. Which was a staff member had offer to delivery after work.The another person we like to Thank is theawesome lady(sorry didn't get your name) who came after work and did the delivery on her way home. A lady staff member was busy loading shelves and stopped what she was doing to help me find the right drill. Told me all about the ins and outs, helped me with wire and what sort of wood I needed! Left with everything I needed to DIY. So grateful bless her 🙏

Bunnings Berri had a bigger range of stock than I expected, quite impressed.

If you do or have ever worked in retail you could all learn a thing or 2 from Bunnings staff here. Ask about any product they'll tell you which aisle, what side and on what shelf 99% of the time. Friendly, happy and they go out of their way to find out what you need and how they can help you. Great service is why I go there. Prices, as good as they are, are pretty much irrelevant.

Bunnings for me is like a kid in a candy store, just can’t get enough of their products, Berri Bunnings is no different, their staff are so friendly and when i leave I’m happy knowing where I’m going next time

Friendly and helpful staff got everything you need. Not as cheap as they used to be. Need to shop around before you buy.

Good service, they always have what you need. If its out of stock on the shelves, they can put in a special order just for you before ordering in more stock, and its all capped off at the end of the visit by the trademark 2.50 sausage sizzle!
