Golden Elephant Indian Restaurant

Up from Adelaide for a couple of nights, our first visit to Golden Elephant, Saturday night, ordered takeaway pizzas and they were excellent. We thought about dining in and having curries etc. but the restaurant section was unfortunately shut. Hopefully open next time we are in the region.
Recommended for pizza, have been told the curries are excellent too.

Bought a lamb Kebab through the takeaway window, the bloke was great, polite and chatty. The kebab was one of the best I have had in a long time. Hard to fund good food when out and about but happy to rate this place as high

I went to the Indian restaurant with some friends for my birthday. I usually have their paradise chicken but I was brave and tried the Dahl Maharani. Oh wow it was truly delicious! We all had a lovely evening and enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

We entered at last moment when they were closing but still the service was so good and food was so yummy 😊 our guests from Melbourne loved pizza and all other food 🍲. Staff also helped to capture our moments in camera.

My first time eating at the Golden Elephant Indian Restaurant. Everyone was happy with their meal. The service was great and the house red was very nice. Good job.

Amazing food. Friendly and attentive staff. Quick service. A bit pricey but definitely worth the price.
We dined in and had curries, rice, garlic naan, and pappadums. All were soooo good.

Best customer service we had. Store is about to close but still they waited for us and made indi chicken tikka pizza. People are really kind, I felt special. They treat everyone customer feels very special. Love to come back again

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at The Golden Elephant tonight. We found the food to be delicious. Our waiter helped us choose our meal, we had Thali plates for both entree and main. This gave us the opportunity to try a selection of different dishes and flavours. Our waiter also helped us choose a couple of exceptional local wines to have with our meal. Our waiter was very attentive and the atmosphere in the restaurant was a pleasure. We found the prices to be very reasonable, no more expensive than anywhere else and great value for money. Thankyou Golden Elephant for a great food experience. We will be back when we next come this way.

Visited this restaurant years ago and was keen to see if it still was in operation. Not disappointed. Will be ordering on the way home to SA. The kebab store next door pumps all day and night. Owned/run by the same people. Well worth the stop off.

Excellent quick takeaway food for lunch, or can dine it at dinner. Reasonably priced too.

I had lamb saagwala and my partner had mutter paneer, both enjoyed our meals.

Had the best pizzas in Riverland till date. Henceforth, definitely my go to for pizzas.

Our family had a lovely dinner here. The food was both delicious and well presented. The staff are super friendly and hospitable. Great vegetarian and vegan options. We will definitely return.

Absolutely delicious food for a fair price. Chips are beautiful. I have eaten a whole party size pizza and large chips from Golden Elephant I love it. I am getting to become a big boy 😄 yummers
