Dr David Shelley-Jones

I cannot recommend Dr. Shelley-Jones enough. He is professional, caring, and thorough in his patient management and treatment planning. David has helped us have 2 sons ( the most recent less than a month ago), and was recommended by my wife's sister who had 3 children under David's care. He has always been proactive in what steps should be taken with our goals in mind, but always transparent about the different options available with the pros and cons for each. My wife is very happy and won't go with anyone else when we have our next child. Thanks again David.

David was our obstetrician for all our 3 children , Em arrived at home , Holly was breech so a c-section and Maddie was trial of scar 18 months later . So i feel confident to say that David can cope in pretty much any situation, whilst allowing us to ask the the most basic of question at the start to asking if he would deliver a breech baby naturally and allowing the trial of scar so quickly . I cant recommend David highly enough x

Dr David Shelley-Jones delivered both of my children and I can't imagine feeling in more capable and competent hands. I chose David based upon my GP's recommendations for a few ObGyns in my area and the fact that he practiced at the hospital I wanted to go to. David is very detailed in the information and options that he provides, everything he told me before birth was exactly my experience which were very different for both children. His proffessional manner, technical expertise and affable nature were exactly what I needed during these hugely significant life experiences.

David delivered both my babies. It took over 2 years to get my second it was fantastic to be able to do both pregnancy’s with him as well as going through trying to conceive our second. He Has made my last 4 odd years easier. Thanks so very much. Very grateful for your help and guidance through this process 😃

I would not go to him at all. My husband and I were desperately wanting to have a child, I went to him. He prescribed me many tests and I got them done as well. Instead of finding out the root cause, he just based his recommendation (IVF) on one test, when the actual cause was submucosal fibroids that were obstructing my ovaries. I was only 29 then and there would have been many other options other than IVF. I just cant believe he did not investigate the root cause of the problem and just jumped into conclusion based on one blood test. I somehow felt that he was trying to sell IVF to me by exploiting my circumstances. He even insisted me and my husband to get a counselling for IVF. Luckily we did not proceed any further. Please be careful before you go to him.
