Ben meet and greet me upon entry , helped me with automated order . Excellent service. Best Maccas I've ever been in .

This Macca's, the fries were hot, the drinks were fresh ice, ( not watered down because of sitting there too long) my burger was hot delicious.

Went through drive through and they were quick.

Very big and tidy place super clean and very fresh food 🍔🍟

Never have I ever had a McFlurry so good in my life the flavours just combine like you would never believe. The combo is: oreo McFlurry with chocolate ice-cream, 2 Cadbury flakes, m&m topping, 2extra crushed Oreo, hot fudge, caramel and the most important piece the 2 strawberry topping. I am recovering Rehab from an addiction to the combination

Very clean and air-conditioned dining room with outlets to charge phones when travelling.
The best sundae I have had in a long time - the soft serve was perfection!

We were greeted by Ben at the front door and he was lovely. Willing to help us order and cleaned the machines before we used them. Our food was great, nice and cheap and tasted fantastic. One of the best Mcdonalds experiences I have had

hey folks!! this maccas is the place to go. they took the term FAST food literally, i ordered and in under a minute i got my food. they gave me free fries because they messed up my order 😝😝 the place is so clean that i can literally lick the floor and i won’t get sick and the staff are very nice would defo recco 🤙🏻 all my friends and i loved it it’s such a slay 💋

A very kind and helpful staff member. He was making sure this Maccas was kept pristine, with wiping surfaces down, organising messy stations, and if someone needed something he was there to help. He welcomes everyone at the door. 😁

Always reliable and clean for a breakfast visit. We were not disappointed and the food was hot and delivered quickly. Friendly staff and the maintenance guy who said hello as he walked by and asked how we were was a suprise but it was good to be acknowledged.

Our first time to visit. My wife and her friend and myself dropped by from our visit of Hunter Valley. We found the staff at the counter to be very friendly and polite. Service was excellent. We didn't have to collect our order, it was served to us on our table.

Order prepared very fast.
Friendly staff and plenty parking space.

The food could've been a little bit better, but I still enjoyed it.

We stopped at Macca's in Cessnock for a quick lunch on our way home to muswellbrook the store was clean the staff were friendly and helpful I've just started to use the app and the staff there were happy to help me use it got a good discount and the food was good to first time I've not had to check in and not where a mask felt alittle strange but I can get use to it

I wanted to shout out to the young lady who prepared my sundae. Very proactive young girl who values customers as people. We had a big order and the person who served me (striped tshirt with glasses) thoughtful to prepare another one because she felt the other one had melted. The sundae melting is just a concept, but there's a bigger picture, which is to see yourself from the customer's shoes. This individual deserves all the praise for this proactive action. Thank you!

Breakfast after a hangover. Cheese and tomato toasty with a hot chocolate. Can't beat it
