I guess it all comes down to treat others how you Wish to be treated.. I always Get spoken to Politely. seeing as the other NWH venue's closed they have it pretty busy here.. would have been a Great idea to keep some of the others open as well.

I had rang last thursday after got home from my sons appointment i got an appointment to get two scrips for this week.

I’ve done my visa medical check and the staff were all so amazing and respectful. Such a pleasant experience!!

Absolutely awesome customer care and service, very understanding of patient needs!

Very polite staff, very thorough towards diagnosis.

Really need some receptionists that are trained in phone etiquette. Always rude if they even bother picking up.
Come prepared, wait times can be over an hour, and this was even before Covid.

Told we couldn’t get ear syringed by Northwest Health - East Tamworth Medical Centre because it wasn’t urgent enough despite being in pain. Had tried to soften for several days in the lead-up. Visiting the medical centre was the last resort. Our preference wasn’t to wait for 2.5 hours without trying to fix it ourselves first.

Doctors who have no idea what they are doing or seeing, need to get other doctors in to help, still can't help you, tell you to come back in tomorrow. You have to tell them what is wrong with you. Because you know and the doctor does not know anything. All those years of study, what did they learn?
Same doctor gives you pamphlets for websites on how to parent, like you have no idea, because your child is unwell and you take them to see a doctor. Ridiculous, How long have I been doing this parenting thing, and I have a childless 20 something year old male, who has zero clue how to do his job, handing me out pamphlets, because I'm doing it wrong? They say "We give these to all parentss" Nah buddy, doctors don't do that.
You try to see a female. Booked myself and my son in. Back to back. Her attitude is THE worst and she is very argumentative, and patronising, does not listen, refuses to help, makes you feel like an absolute fool. I asked her for a referral for a public paediatrician. She straight out said no. I kept having to tell her to refer to my child's record, every time she asked me a question, because it's already all in there. Still trying to get through my child's issues, she kicked us out, because her next patient was already there and waiting, me. I told her, your next patient is me, I am your next patient, Jennifer Clancy. And she said to me so condensendingly "I don't know about that." So fine, I left, walked out with nothing, no help for my son or myself. Complained to reception about her. The doctor came out to get her next patient "JENNIFER!... JENNIFER CLANCY!" I went up to her "Are you Jennifer Clancy?" "Yes! I just told you that!" And she went about acting like she did not just kick me out of her room. I walked away, I was not going to waste even more time with her for nothing and to experience even more of her awful attitude. Such a horrible experience and waste of time and energy.

I went back to my old doctor. Straight away I got. Referral for paediatrician, Prednisolone to help manage son's asthma, blood tests to check our levels, and an Xray for back. I cried.
All the things, all these doctors I saw at North west for who all said no to me and refused to give me.

So overall, unhelpful, unexperienced, waste of time.

I'm about to walk out after a hour and ahalf of waiting I'm about done I can't believe that Dr Kammerman thinks its ok to make his patients wait over two hours to see him it's just wrong!

I have been with northwest for 4 years even longer, my son has had an ongoing cough for 2 months WHICH HIS DOCTOR IS AWARE OF, being told this morning that his not allowed ro enter the practice due to a cough. His been in there a number of times with it and now when he needs his asthma prevention his not allowed in! HOW ARE DOCTORS ABLE TO DIAGNOSIS HIS ASTHMA OVER THE PHONE!
This is the only practice in town that does this! I am absolutely disgusted by the receptionist is spoke to this morning. As a very concerned mother I am absolutely appalled by the lack of sympathy they show! Not to mention it’s a months wait everytime you try and book in!

Had to go around this lot just to get a referral for metal health they try to keep me in house with no support at all still I went around Ian just to get help because the meds he pot me on where making me wores.
Never have I ever been treated that s##t and just been used for big pay cheeks walk in and 2 second latter you are getting a controlled S8 medication. before you even get to take a seat. Love the way he tryed to make my health all about lineing he's and he's wife's pockets

They take forever to answer the phone. Receptionists are rude particularly Melanie and if you have another doctor they won’t allow you to make an appointment. I was also once asked to have a breast checkup during an appointment I went in there for years ago which I thought was unusual because I went for something completely unrelated to that, I did not ask for it and it made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

Oh my god these lazy fellas i have waited more than 2 and half hours and still waiting here i have to catch my flight back to Sydney after while and these people ugghhh … can anyone pls take this whole team in Sydney to get training how to work in pace. They really don’t know how to manage in busy time. By the way its not busy too.

Extremely rude reception staff, poor phone manner. No appointments available today and didn’t offer to discuss next first available until it was prompted. Geez customers service has died well & truly

So was told that they dont accept appointments after 4pm yet they close at 6pm and that I would have to pay out of hours fee for my 8 yr old.
