The best health food store in Tamworth! Great range and the best staff. They will also try to get in products if not in the store. Great prices , most items are the same price as online.

Ok so I really only went to satisfy the wifey's addiction but they got me on the way out with the Honey Mead tasting. I highly recommend the Mead!

I love going here, the owner is SO helpful & SO nice! I love getting to pick her brain on products & ingredients, & they regularly have great sales. I don’t live local anymore but I try to time my product purchases for when I come back because I love going to this store to support lovely local people! Thank you guys!
