The lady had poor customer service skills. Rude, Not very friendly.

Went through some bogus foot measurement thing then got offered to try on shoes $150 more than what I said I wanted to try on. Then she recommended some random running shoe on a different shelf. I was looking at hiking/trail runners... it took like 15mins to try on the shoe I initially asked for... she didn't seem to care about her job at all.
