Staff were all friendly, and despite being a very busy weekend, I was instructed to join the waiting list via the QR code. My daughter and I were served very quickly after that, and the guy helping us was thorough and friendly. Really happy with our experience!

The lady who served us was polite, honest and professional. We didn’t end up getting the pair we went in for because it didn’t fit our son properly. Ultimately we came out with a better fit and a comparable alternative. Thanks for the great service.

The young girl that served us was very thorough, measured our daughter's feet carefully and went over and above to find the size of the style we were after. She was knowledgable and understood our needs, helping us to find the right shoe to support the development of our daughter's growing feet. Highly recommend for school shoe fitting, and and the range is by far the best I have seen across retail.

Polite saleswoman who fitted my sons shoes, providing sound advice on size and inner soles as we sized up. She also taught me their reward system for the first time despite being there several times. No other sales person took the time to explain it. I'm glad they have improved their training and interpersonal skills from staff there.

Fantastic service by the team at Shoes and Sox Doncaster, I was well taken care of by Liz and Nick. Both took my on the journey buying my child’s first pair of school shoes, and they were both patient and informative. Great to see such amazing, happy service during a busy period at back to school.

Lorena, the store manager at Doncaster, was exceptional in her service on the three occasions that we went. Her expertise meant that she correctly predicted the size my toddler would be wearing in winter, which was a season away at the time of purchase. I did a web order this time and deliberately chose the Doncaster store for collection as I know my daughter would be correctly fitted by Lorena again, even though I don't live near Doncaster. I really hope Lorena will still be at this store (or better still, come to Eastland!) in the years to come! What a gem staff member!

Of course, this store has a wider range than the other outlets. That's a plus.

Our assistant was very knowledgeable and the perfect person to help our granddaughter choose the right shoes.

We were buying school shoes today (Jan 29) at the Myer Doncaster Shoes & Sox section. There were two young ladies helping people and it was quite busy. Both seemed extremely helpful, unflustered and polite. When our turn came, Nily helped us find the exact fit for my daughter, who has long narrow feet, even going so far as to run to the S&S store itself for the right size shoe which was in stock there. Could not have been more impressed with how patient and kind she was. I would love you to pass on our feedback.

In a frantic and entitled environment, Emma from the team at Doncaster was just lovely. She fitted our son, kept her cool and was really pleasant even when it was obvious that many customers around her weren’t. Top marks, Emma. You’re an absolute asset to your employer.

Staff member Lorena was outstanding in both her expertise of show-fitting and her friendly approach to my three year old granddaughter. A staff member like this is worth her weight in gold. The range of shoes available was extensive with the sizes we needed also being available. I would happily come back for further fittings.

Both Karissa and Lorena were terrific. The store was busy when I entered just after 10am, Lorena acknowledged our presence and Karissa (or Klarissa) served us with energy and enthusiasm. Considering they were severely understaffed due to Covid, I trust that upper management will recognise and commend their efforts in serving my children and I with grace, gentleness, efficiency and professionalism. These ladies are definite keepers.

Pretty short wait considering the time of year. Fitting service was very friendly - they were great with my daughter who can get anxious about trying on shoes and interacting with strangers.

Nick provided wonderful customer service ! Buying school shoes for my teen. The shoes were stored offsite so he had to walk 3 times to get us the shoes to try. So patient, knowledgeable & caring genuinely wanted my teen to have a comfortable pair that suited her needs. Thanks Nick !

Love the new online “book to fit” system. Works really well. They used to have the ticket system like the butcher but that means you can’t leave the and you could be waiting for age if there is a big family in front of you. The online one let me choose a time that suits me no line or queue. Staffs are very patient and attentive. Took the initiative to recommend something more suitable when realised we have intended to buy was not suitable. Very friendly to the kids. Thanks for the new online system. It’s super great.

Lorena served us and not only was she friendly and professional, she went the extra mile to make sure my fussy daughter was happy with her new shoes.
