Australia Post - Doncaster Post Shop

Went Saturday morning in lead up to Xmas. Store was packed but line moved super quickly. Store attendants were friendly and fast. Shout out to Sue who was lovely, shared a couple jokes with me, and had me in and out in under 15 minutes.

This is a super busy post office however the tall Asian lady who serves me commits to provide excellence customer service, guides me thoroughly about the instructions of posting a parcel to overseas, superb and helpful.

I've come here many times since I live nearby and use parcel collection. Basically everytime they've been helpful even when I've had weird enquires. Usually it's pretty busy, but you can get out quickly if you've got the right info.

I enquired about sending a parcel through express post. The guy who served me was lovely, and sorted out what I needed, then told me when i was ready to send it to just drop it back with him and he would sort it. I went back later and was served by someone different, who was equally friendly and helpful. Thanks so much!!

I went to this post office to ship a package via courier, the lady at the counter was very friendly and helped me get everything together that I needed. The line can get a bit long here though but that is no fault of post office staff, it's just a busy post office!

However it's a busy post office, professional and well trained staff doing their job hassle free. Never had any problem there.

Friendly service and they know their stuff. The wait time can be annoying at times but it's in a busy location so understandable.

This Australia post is really handy being in a shopping centre, and also the fact that they are open on Saturdays is a bonus
