Last week, I had two terrible experiences at a store in Werribee Pacific where customer service was completely lacking (across the way from NIKE)! Frustrated, I decided to try the NIKE store instead. That’s where MJ stepped in and truly saved the day. He went above and beyond to assist me, making everything much easier. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

Amazing customer service, nothing was inconvenient for him. He was patient and thorough, sorry I didnt catch your name, I was hopeing it was on the receipt but no luck. Highly recommend.

Amazing staff here, super friendly, great vibes between the coworkers, highly recommend shopping here to get a really great experience trying on shoes. Thanks for bearing with me for trying a bunch of shoes.

Came in to nike Werribee store last week, and was greeted by Sue I was after some gym wear, Sue was extremely helpful and very pleasant, I changed my mind about sizes Sue went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Fantastic customer service, will definitely be returning to the Werribee store.

Had a great experience with Sue who was really helpful. I'm coming back to buy the top Sue was wearing for my daughter as it looked so good on her.

I was greeted by Mohammed at the front door and he had convinced me to buy a very good pair of shoes which i did not plan at all yet he captivated me and had used his prior knowledge to provide me with the necessary information. Amazing customer service, decent prices, great ambience

Your salesman MJ was a delight to deal with. I brought my son in over the term break to purchase some new sneakers and left with a whole new wardrobe. He expertly fitted my son with some new shoes and while trying them on my son mentioned to me how “fresh” his tech fleece was. I was left with no choice but to ‘drip’ my son out. MJ once again was so helpful in styling my son and guiding us through the whole range. Would recommend this nike store to everyone. Ask for MJ.
