Loaves at the Point

Came here for a sandwich and a drink. Had the Mediterranean vegetables and BLT toasted on Turkish bread - they were DELICIOUS! Very friendly man behind the counter, would recommend!

Spinach and feta triangle was delicious! Does not look like anything special but pleasantly surprised by the pies. Would reccomend for sure if after classic Aussie bakery style food after a swim.

We stayed on Stradbroke for 1 week, on our first morning we bought a loaf of sourdough and a coffee and my goodness we couldn’t stop. Every morning we were up early to go and grab another before it was sold out. The sourdough is hands down one of the best I’ve ever had and we eat a lot of sourdough! The coffee is also wonderful, I’ve never had a good coffee from a bakery so this was a pleasant surprise.

Best pie and coffee I've had in a very long time. Got the pepper steak and an oat milk cappuccino. They actually use a really yummy oat milk (unlike literally every other Cafe I've tried so far) and the pie was beautiful - made from real beef mince and it didn't have any bits of chewy fat! Amazing. Finished eating and I want more. It was super busy when we went but still didn't take too long. Would definitely recommend. Croissants are good as well.

Delicious meat pies and great coffee. Great spot to relax after walking along the beach.

Me and my partner are both Vegan, the staff apologised for having no options available, but took the cheese out of the Mediterranean Turkish Bread and replaced it with Avocado and Pesto. It was delicious and we were really happy with the service and alternative that we were offered.

Lovely people, exceptional service, and fair prices. However, we did get a curry pie that was a little undercooked and a bit cold. This is most probably due to the lunchtime rush. Nevertheless, a great little store on a great little island.

Just took home an assortment of cakes for arvo tea. SO good! Not one of them disappointed. Light, tasty, delicious. Going back for MT tomorrow!

I was at Loaves at the point yesterday afternoon and the food there was great. The family feasted on pies, sausage rolls, spinach and fetta pasties and some very tasty salad rolls. I recommend stopping by if you are in the area.

Pies for lunch which the kids devoured. Good Vegie pasty. Miss 3 dropped her and the staff replaced. Very kind and quick.
