After moving to the Hunter Valley from Sydney and coming from a medical family, I was delighted to finally find a very professional and kind doctor. I had tried several others in the area, but I didn’t feel the empathy and care that Dr Redmayne possessed. He sorted out my allergic reaction to chemo drugs, surgically removed a cyst from my back and prescribed the necessary tests I needed. He has always been friendly and we have shared a laugh on many occasions. I have now moved out of the area, but have since returned to see him. There has never been a long wait time and Nicola on the reception desk is an absolute gem. A great practice!

Good family doctor who has always provided good service to us and is always amicable. Usually relatively on time unlike other doctor surgeries.

I like Dr Redmayne people who complain he is not GOD he is very professional and always smiling. I love his personality and there is nothing I can complain about

I was a bit unsure about this dr but my 1yr old son took to him and would babble to him more so than other drs i had taken him to so he pretty much decided that was his dr and he is quite lovely with him. Direct and to the point which i like.

Dr Redmayne has always been a well qualified doctor who usually sends notification when he will not be unavailable. Unfortunately I had major surgery and needing an appointment and found he had gone on leave without advising patients and without a locum in place. I had to find another doctor to assist in an issue which, while not an emergency, needed immediate attention. I know he is only one doctor in this practice which makes it rather difficult in these circumstances.

Dr redmayne has been extremely unprofessional I had a lady situation that required a physical examination which was never followed through & misdiagnosed and also wasn’t treated accordingly I had a follow up appointment with another doctor who done a physical and treated the problem accordingly. I’m also had a lump on my leg that was also dismissed. Months later I seen dr redmayne again in regards to a medication review which needs to be done as I’m wanting to start a family he then made a comment questioning my ability as a mother & parent I’m 31 years old in a stable loving relationship. Furthermore he was not helpful once again in regards to my medication overall I do not recommend dr redmayne as a doctor or GP my experiences have been less then desirable. On a positive note the receptionists are amazing I can not fault them at all.

My mother went to see Dr Redmayne 12 months ago for a lump that she has on her thumb, he told her that it was nothing to worry about that it was only a ganglion cyst and didn’t even look at it, She has now transferred to a different doctor in the area and got the “ganglion” looked at again and after getting test done has now find out it is a tumor.

Would NEVER send anyone I know to Dr Redmayne doesn’t do his job properly and miss diagnose his patience.

Just took my son to see Dr Redmayne... well l’ve never been treated so rudely by a Dr. He could not believe my poor judgement in taking him to another sub standard but equally qualified Dr for treatment. And it’s my fault this has happened. He would not believe me that the waiting list for his specialist was 6 to 8 months or longer. Made me feel like a houso. He wrote me another referral for the specialist, but you should read what he wrote on that . It’s embarrassing and rude. No wonder he was hunted out of Murrurundi.

My partner and I took our son to get a referral for allergy testing as we knew something wasn't right, he refused the referral and said he won't need that, I went to a different doctor that day and she gave me a referral turns out his anaphylactic now. Very disappointed.

If I could rate a negative review with 100th exponent I would! This doctor is the most rude person on earth. No pure care to patients and even rude to other people. He thinks highly of himself! I pity him
because he acts so pathetic maybe he is not happy with his life thats why negativity surrounds him. Please find other doctors that will surely treats you right.
