Wonderful customer Service every single time I grab my coffee always Smiling, polite, kind and friendly. This is by far my favourite zaraffas. The coffee is always excellent and the girls are a fantastic Team. Fast service. Couldn’t be happier

The staff conduct themselves according to an exceptional standard of service. I'm always greeted with a smile and they will often make polite, engaging conversation. They take the time to educate you on their offerings but it never feels imposing. My compliments to the management and team members; you do great work, you should be proud!

This has hands down got to be the best Zarraffas I have been to!! The staff are what make this place, they are so kind and friendly and always have a smile on their faces! The food is delicious too we ordered the Benny Bagel and it was cooked to perfection, we barely even had to wait that long as well which is a + thankyouuu Zaraffas Redbank Plains. We will definitely be back soon🤍

So we eat in this morning and we got a mocha granda, chai soy latte, muffin and a toasted chicken cheese ciabata. Coffee was so good, not too hot that it burns your mouth but also not cold either, just perfect. Muffin was so good and hubby said the ciabata was excellent.
The biggest thing about this place is the outstanding customer service. Everyone is greeted and all the staff are so happy and friendly. You can tell they all love to work here. Even the customers in drive through where greeted with a rousing hello. If your having a bad morning, you NEED to come here. You will feel so good and uplifted when you leave and you'll have something great to eat and a wonderful coffee to go with it!

If Willy Wonka ran a coffee store it would Zarraffas Redbank Plains, the happiest place on earth. The staff have such a joyous vibe and treat the customers to their friendly smiles. The fare is made beautifully every time and children get special love here. I'm not from RBPlains but always make a point of coming here when I'm visiting. Love you guys to bits!

Always quick and fantastic service, staff are super happy and friendly best Zarfaffas around by far. Food and drinks are always top notch and atmosphere makes you want to come back. They are always very busy but move through customers fast and wait times really arent as long as they seem.
Update: over a year later and still continues to be the best Zarraffas in the Ipswich area, still a great atmosphere and always so friendly.

Good costumer service can be hard to find at times, which makes us comment EVERY TIME we visit this store on how friendly and efficient the staff are. The best coffees also!
One of the staff members at the Redbank Plains store, Diana was lovely enough to walk my food over to another shop across the car park as I forgot it when leaving drive thru.

OMG!!!! This place is amazing the team welcomed me with open arms (Amy, Ben, Emma, and Aaliyah) they welcomed me with open arms and amazing positivity, I highly recommend coffee and food came fast aswell bonus points!!!

Honestly if the staff were not so polite, I wouldn’t even bother going to this cafe for my coffee.
