This particular store is very poor in comparison to other Go Vita stores like the one at Redbank Plaza which is excellent. It appears to have changed hands as it's now completely different, the delicious fresh cakes and health products have disappeared. You can still get a coffee, their regular coffee is super cheap but 'plot twist' it was in an espresso size takeaway cup absolutely tiny!
The coffee was so hot it was difficult to drink and not very enjoyable.
It's more of a holistic store with incense and Buddha statues. It's ok but very limited.

Nice shop with very nice products. But either there's something in the air or all staff are arrogant and very rude. There is definitely no people skills or customer service and certainly no attentive service😀lol if I owned that shop I would sack all staff and restaff my business. Lucky for them.

One staff (who said she is new there) was nice. The other more experienced staff member was rude, invasive and dismissive. Overall horrible experience - will never go back.

Dont go to this store with your go vita xmas gift card. Staff member had no idea how to use it and made no attempt to educate herself either. Common sense would tell me to call another store for help. Instead made up a story about gift cards being store specific. Hopeless. Wasted trip in. Please get some staff with initiative.

Ask for help spent alot of money there while back but I won't be going back there lady wasn't interested in helping she continue to do her work I wasn't even finish talking asking about the ingredients in the product never again !!!!!

Staff member was very dismissive and unhelpful. I won't be back.
