We are interstate property owners living in Sydney, our rental property is managed by McGrath.
This year we had bad luck with our tenants.
Due to current circumstances, the Real Estate was not able to do physical inspections during the last year and only this year we found out that the tenants trashed our (brand new) property.

We needed them to vacate and lots of repairs repainting, cleaning and maintenance needed to be organised and done.
That was all well managed and communicated constantly to us by Kathy Aoki.
I call her a " Wonder Woman " because with all her knowledge and her love for her work it was easy for me to get over the fact we had our property badly damaged.

Amongst all the repair work they also managed to find a new tenant for us.

I sold my investment property with Alicia and Kate from McGrath. Alicia went above and beyond to ensure we achieved the sale price I was after, including managing preparation of the property for sale (repaint and styling) and rectification works in order to secure the sale. This included numerous quotes and keeping me informed every step of the way. I was nervous about putting the house up for sale so close to Christmas, but a contract was signed within a few days of it being advertised. Couldn't have asked for more. Definitely recommend!

Kristy Noble did an amazing job at selling our home in late 2017. Especially considering she had to deal with a buyer's agent who is a compulsive liar to say the least. It was a difficult process but she got us the result we were after in the end.

We also bought through Kristy at the same time. She would go out of her way to accommodate our requests and her communication throughout the process was excellent.
