North Lakes Hotel

The staff at North Lakes Hotel are amazing. Just had our wedding there in the The King Island Room. Nat and the team set the room up perfectly.
We spent the next 2 nights there. Very clean spacious rooms.
Would highly recommend this hotel, for weddings or even just a few nights stay.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are new and clean with the view of the lake. You can get access to the snap fitness gym while staying here.

This place was so beautiful! The front desk was so kind also. Rooms are so spacious. It's a perfect place to stay in & it's close to the Westfield mall & food restaurants. The inside/outside bar & restaurant also are great to dine in or out at & you get a beautiful view of the Eden Lake 😍 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I am so glad i picked this place! It's situated in a beautiful spot right beside the lake with a cafe and dining right at the doorstep. The room was beautiful, quiet and was an overall comfortable setting. I'll be back for sure !

I am a q light sleeper and this room was really quiet. The fridge was quiet, aircon was a quality brand and the surrounding quests weren’t slamming doors so I slept really well and found the bed to be very comfortable also. I wouldn’t hesitate in coming back here.

We are so happy with this hotel and we have stayed at a few hotels over the years. Would certainly be up there. If you are waying up to stay else where, I wouldn't. The only draw back is if you are a smoker you have to go down stairs to the smoking area to have one. But the rooms are excellent and well worth it

We dined here for breakfast, and didn't actually stay at the hotel. Their board walk cafe is a great place for breakfast. A smaller menu than other cafes but the food, coffee, and service is fantastic. As it's right on the lake, it has great views and atmosphere.

Couldn't fault the service, location and room. Nice comfortable bed with great pillows, warm and friendly. Great cafe for breakfast also

This place was surprisingly lovely. We just had one night but it was outstanding. It was very high end. The beds were amazing, great linen, bath towels(bath sheets) showers. The outlook over the lake was lovely. I have stayed at many places for 3 times the price that were not as nice as this.

June 2023 i was at the hotel for a function at the north lakes hotel with family and friends. Service was Amazing for this hotel. The hotel is next to Lake Eden and its a beautiful location for photography and a nice walk. Myself and the family Stayed the night in the hotel we got 4 rooms for all of us and my room was pretty spacious and cosy. i had no problems with the room except for the tight bed sheets and the rolling beds, i would have liked the beds if it had no wheels on the bottom. for an Example i went into the connecting room we had, i walk back into my room and the bed is moved and on a weird angle due to the wheels on the bottom. the staff were some of the best I've had in any hotel i have been to. a massive thanks to Kaitlyn who was in charge of making our function run smoothly and thanks to Hayden for being the bartender last night.

If you want somewhere nice to stay and have amazing staff there to help you out, this is definitely the place to go!

Rooms are very modern, bed is extremely comfortable.
Reception was really helpful and friendly.

Stayed in a Spa Suite on 2nd floor and was very impressed with the generous size and cleanliness of the Suite. It also had a large balcony that was accessible from both the lounge and bedroom overlooking a lovely lake. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet overnight which was great for a good sleep. Check in was easy and the gentleman on the desk was friendly and helpful. There was ample under cover parking on 3 levels.

My partner is in a wheelchair as a quadriplegic and from the moment we got there Stuart on the front desk went above and beyond to make sure the room we got was suitable. The room it's self was clean spacious with a great wheelchair accessible bathroom. The bed was really comfortable & I would definitely stay here again

Great rooms, interconnected rooms, heaps of parking. The restaurant that is in the hotel is nice overlooking the lake.

North Lakes shopping centre is a short walk for great value dining out. Close enough to Brisbane for day trips without worrying about the hustle and bustle. Definitely staying there more often now we've been there.

We had a meal at our favourite board walk Cafe. We chose from the seniors menu and enjoyed the best meals ever. I had fish (crispy, not oily, lightly battered with fresh succulent fish) and chips with a fresh salad. It was a generous serve. My husband's lambs fry also received a thumbs up for taste, quality and generous serve. Highly recommended for a quiet, relaxing place to enjoy a meal. It was topped off with friendly staff and a lovely setting.
