I dropped in on my way to do the shopping as my prescription sunglasses had a broken nose pad. Service was prompt, courteous and professional . They replaced both nose pads free of charge while I shopped. Fantastic service.

Been here since I can remember and the service never changes! Lovely and amazing staff always helpful and I can always rely on them to fix any issues that I may have with my glasses.

The shop is the glasses shop I visited first time in AUS.
I had a problem with a bent frame of my glasses and they adjusted it for free.
He also explained the risks to me at the beginning, so I knew I could trust him.
I'd like to visit again.

Great customer service. They managed to squeeze me in without any appointment. The fact that I only waited 30mins and my glasses were ready. I’d so recommend. Lovely people & prices are good too.

I’ve been using them for my contact lenses for a while they have diverse range of lenses available at good price. I just ordered couple of reading glasses as well and got surprised because the glasses were so light and thin compressed, compared to the glasses I got from SpecSavers. Free anti-glare coating is included as well in their competitive pricing, $99, for the reading glasses. I love their friendly customer service Jessica always greets me with a big smile.😄 overall highly recommended.👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My collegue recommended this place so I went and got my eyes tested. Optometrist tested my eyes very thoroughly and I found I have dry eye syndrome. I got to get few treatments and it saved my life. And the glasses for my work are very comfortable and the staffs were so friendly. They also adjusted my other glasses perfectly. Strongly recommend to my family and friends!!

One of the pad arm of my glasses detached and I had to wear them to work looking ridiculous. The lady replaced the frame with my original lenses in 20 minutes! So efficient and friendly. I’m not going anywhere else for glasses now. 🤭

I was recommended by one of my Korean client and i ordered my power glasses with Eyecatch. My eye power is Very high, getting thin glasses are very difficult ( once I ordered with OPSM and not happy I returned it because they are so thick). I was very sceptical when I ordered with Eyecatch but Today I got my Glasses...
