Fast service from order to table.
Well cooked crumbed fish that doesn't fall apart when you pick it up.
Chips are the best around compared to the other local offerings. Perfectly cooked.

Steak burger with the lot - good old-fashioned works burger that was so big I couldn't finish it, sitting at a window bench watching the harbour. It was great.

One of the better for price fish and chips in the Wynnum/Manly area. $20 all up for two, most shops would charge more then $3.50 for the amount of chips we got, the calamari was perfectly cooked not rubbery at all, the bit of cod was slightly overcooked, which is how I personally like it.

Food was hot, delicious and value for money.
Good size piece of crumbed snapper and yummy chips -$12.90
Searing inside or outside or walk across the road and pick a spot along the waterfront.
Parking was a bit of a nightmare on a Sunday as the markets were on and the weather beautiful.
Only downfall, the inside tables needed a wipe over but understandable as it was busy.

Service was good and fast. Fish n chips was very tasty.

Staff are always friendly, food delivery is timely even in peak periods, amazing bay views from in the store and plenty of seating. The chips servings are very generous. Fish nuggets are worth selling your first born!!!

Best calamari I've EVER HAD!!!! We drive from Ipswich to get fish n chips here. The fish n chips are to die for, it's now our favourite fish n chip shop!!!! Great work guys keep it up ☺☺

Best Fish and Chips in Brisbane hands down. Something about the batter is just so delicious, has an extra dimension, and so light - not greasy like other places. Chips are consistently crunchy and wonderful. I make a point of trying out different fish and chip shops, and Baywatch Cafe has yet to be beaten, been going there for 10+ years.

Have been going here for years. Usually great food (have had the occasional bad day when a new cook was learning, but usually really good, and such a lovely spot.) Owner always has a smile no matter how busy.

Where do I start, best fish and chips in the whole of Australia. Make sure you order the chips with extra chicken salt for the best results. Great place to go down to the waterfront with mates and have a bash around and a bit of fun.

Tommy (1 of the owners) is always warm & welcoming! Food is good & very reasonably priced. 1 of the best fish places on the Esplanade because it's food without the high end frills

Great experience here. I saw it a decided to give it a try. I got a a chicken burger with the lot, want on the menu but the staff were accommodating and made if for me and I enjoyed every bite. Also got a couple worth of chips that were great tasting. I saw that it was a quite busy when I went in but was in and out very quickly. Would definitely recommend this plaxe to anyone.

Great burgers and Steak Sandwiches. Chips are awesome, too. Always greeted with a smile. We ring ahead and never had any issues with orders.

Quick, friendly service. Crumbed fish was fresh and we'll cooked. Chips crunchy. Simple but with good view to the waterfront across the street.

Fresh and well cooked seafood. We had the seafood basket and enjoyed every bite. Big serves, we had leftovers! Quick service too.
