If you want sound advice and impeccable service, then I'd recommend a visit to Brisbane Hi Fi. Eddie and Josh are both outstanding, and knowledgeable.
I purchased a Rega Planar 6 turntable, fitted with a Sumiko Amethyst cart. Totally blown away by the detail, bass response, and sound stage. Having Eddie do the set up for me was a great decision.

Great service and delivery of my Torus AVR 2-8 Power Conditioner. The staff are very friendly and conscientious in delivering items in due time and without any setbacks. I recommend all audiophiles to browse at their store or on the web for their fine products which are among the very best in the country.

After shopping around for weeks I settled on Brisbane Hifi as the most reputable lowest priced Dali Oberon speakers available in Australia.
Josh rang me minutes after placing my order and streamlined the free delivery ensuring I'd receive my speakers before the weekend. My speakers arrived sooner than an express postage order from a
local dealer, Melbourne Hifi who also charges for both normal and "express" delivery. I've also not heard a word from them in regards to my order or the delay I'm experiencing.

Inversely after receiving my order Brisbane Hifi I received a follow-up text ensuring I was happy with my purchase. Great service from a business that clearly values its customers. Will be back!

Great experience. Scott helped in my speaker selection. He wasn't overly pushy and took his time explaining things. I think the biggest benefit of this store is that they'll audition any equipment you're interested in. They even offered to let me take my amp into the store and set it up with their speaker selection to help me decide on a set of speakers. Highly recommended and much better than other hifi stores in Brisbane.
