Lovely Pearl sold me a brand new phone, more efficient, and helped to set up transferred ready to use. Great services.

I got to cairns about 11 am . I check my phone and it went fuzzy on me. My step daughter said to me . I know a place to take your phone to . The young man look at my phone and told me the problem is the phone screen has gone . He look it up and there was a new screen there . So I ask can they replace it for me .as I live up on the Atherton tablelands and was going to go home soon . They said they can do it straight away. About 1 hour. Very good . They did it in 50 minutes. I am so happy with the very good service I got . And nice people

Hi Pearl, just wanted to express a huge thanks for your patience and kindness in helping me out today. Scammers are out there big time at the moment, banking locked me out of my accounts over a week before advising a factory reset to remove malware on my phone. Such a stressful week, so I appreciate your help and providing the report and for your advice and help, once again. I'll be back for some accessories soon!

I called into PTC in Cairns for advice and service, which was professional, friendly and prompt. I left confident my phone wasn’t going to erupt in flames and would keep servicing me for another 12 months on the road.
