I have been treated so well by the members in this store. I want to recommend three ladies, two assistants and the store manager who helped me get my online order sorted. They also have me a little gift to say sorry even though it wasn’t their fault! Such a delightful staff 🥹

Two stars for some of the products available there and it’s location. Three times I’ve visited the Earlville store and twice I’ve been followed and watched by the very same staff member who I remember followed me twice before in the old Mt Sheridan store. After I left the store I watched her glare at another dark skinned lady in the store. Next time this happens I will name and shame. Do not judge people by the color of their skin. You are not the store watch dog. Most, if not all products are/or should be marked with a security patch and there should be functional security cameras available in this well lit store! So please do not pretend to watch or follow anyone as it’s not subtle, it’s very rude, it’s uncomfortable and it’s insulting to an individuals character as you are “assuming” that all people of color are thieves. I can’t wait to visit this store to see it happen again as it will as sure as the sun rises in the morning! Extremely disappointed!!!

Wish I could've gave no stars, first I walked into the store this morning with my two sisters, I was trying to look for some beauty products and looking+trying things out, when I noticed this worker that kept looking at us, not sure why but she kept walking around where we were and staring at us, making it very obvious. I decided to try some things out when I look and the worker keeps walking around the corner looking at me and my sister's, Im wondering why she keeps looking at us, I counted 10 times she walked "pretending" to look for stuff but she kept glaring at us, which we were completely minding our business, in the span time of about a minute, we were only in the store for 5 minutes untill I got sick of this behavior and left. Was there any reason why this lady needed to be staring at us like we were going to steal? The products had security tags and there's cameras in the store, this lady was walking back and forward every 5 seconds just to stare at us like we were thieves. I am very unhappy and this behavior is disgusting and disturbing. This lady didn't even ask if we needed help, anything but stared at us the entire time? What is wrong with her? I'm trying to shop here but I feel disrespected. Not going there anymore, the only time that lady went back to the counter was when I left. Never shopping here again.

Was followed the whole time I was in store to the point I felt so uncomfortable I left. Racial discretion from the second you walk through the doors. SHAME DO BETTER.

I had the same experience as Saidin.in the store looking and the shop assistant kept hovering around pretending to straighten shelves where I was.I felt very uncomfortable and left.
