Whisk & Ladle Cafe

One Cappuccino ordered during my first visit inside Whisk & Ladle Cafe on 17/02/24. Excellent friendly service & a busy atmosphere.
Reasonable prices & paid $4.40 for the small cappuccino. I will definitely return & order a bite to eat next time.

What a great find. Went to Whisk & Ladle Cafe with two close friends, first time for us all. The Cafe is simple to look at, modern and clean. Great coffee, I ended up having two flat whites. My friend had the mango smoothy and I had the berry, rich, very smooth, fresh and delicious. One of us had the big breakfast, a good solid Aussie breakfast without being stodgy and my other friend and I had the Ragu Pappardelle, just yum. The owner is the cook, his daughter is front of house, this is an old fashioned family run business and it shows in all the right ways. One of my friends was so impressed with the service and the food that she's booked a special birthday at Whisk & Ladle Cafe for a group of 15.

I loved Whisk & Ladle Cafe! The food was delicious, and the prices were great. We'll definitely be returning when we visit Brisbane again! The big breakfast on the menu was a big breakfast. 10/10

I had a lovely breakfast this with my husband at the whisk and ladle.
He had the big breakfast which was big and I had a French omelette where you get to choose 3 fillings. ( great idea).
The waiter was friendly, it was clean and spacious on the veranda.
The whole experience was very nice. Definitely recommend it

Located in a nice breezy spot in Milton, we were greeted straight away with friendly service. I tried the new york waffle sandwich and it looked pretty and tasted amazing. The rosti stack was delicious. They really do have the best coffee in milton. Would 100% recommend this place to try.

Absolutely delicious! Stumbled across this little hidden gem! It’s dog friendly and has amazing food. Everything from buttermilk pancakes to rosti, smoked salmon eggs Benedict and so much more. I highly recommend the Lychee mint frappe, never tasted anything so fresh and delicious in my life! Will go back for that alone.

Very nice breakfast and coffee. I would definitely come here again. The table service was nice as well. Nice to see café sweets and baked goods made on the premises. Clearly more thought and care put in to things than the average place. Would have liked for the lemon and lime bitters to be a bit more crafted than just a bottle of Bundaberg, but everything else was excellent

Lovely cafe for breakie to start the day. Very lovely and friendly staff as well!

The food is yummy too, just that the poach eggs are a little over cooked!

We had the pancakes and the granola (as well as a tea and hot chocolate) and everything was amazing! The granola was super light, and even after devouring the whole bowl I didn't feel uncomfortable or heavy (but I definitely wasn't still hungry)! My partner had the pancakes and I had a taste and thought they were fantastic - nice and thick and fluffy and full of blueberries. All around delicious!

Good coffee and good breakfast. Tried three cafes for breakfast in our stay in Milton and this would have the best.

A great new interesting breakfast spot with plenty of veggie options. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Excellent coffee -cap served with real chocolate shavings which was different but lovely.
I recommend the riccota pancakes with berries and ice-cream, which are just the right amount of fluffy with crispy edges and the smashes avo with a side of mushrooms.
The mushroom toast with goats cheese is also a crowd pleaser though I found the toast a little tough and it is a lot of mushrooms.

It is a nice little cafe great food and great coffee. There can be a little bit of wait if it is busy but it is well worth it. The portions are a good size and it is well priced. The staff are friendly and know there stuff which is always good.

Best food in Milton - doesn't matter if it's breakfast or lunch the team here will look after you.

And the fact they have coffees as big as your face is a nice bonus.

I like my lamb Yiros.

Every time I come here I try something different and it's always amazing, even my wife who is fussy couldn't fault the waffles

Such a friendly family running this gorgeous Milton cafe. Was immediately greeted and received great table service. Had lunch for a very reasonable price, and the food and coffee was absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend for breakfast or lunch.
