I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Alice from Officeworks Milton for her friendly and helpful assistance. When my Fitbit encountered issues, Alice kindly allowed us to use a brand new cable we bought in-store to attempt to charge it. Despite that the outcome not resolving the issue, Alice's accommodating nature and willingness to help were truly appreciated. Her friendly demeanor and helpful attitude made the experience much more manageable. Even though we weren't able to fix the problem, Alice's support made a difference, and her professionalism was evident throughout. Thank you, Alice, for your friendly and helpful service. Your kindness and assistance are greatly valued, and you exemplify excellent customer service at Officeworks Milton.

David, at the orders desk saved the day and our experience with Officeworks. He was the 5th team member we spoke to at the third store we dealt with and was the only person the provide an honest solution. This was even after having called head office (upon the direction of the first store). I say honest because we had been told not to trust time frames prompted by the website but to come into store and receive immediate results. This happened twice. He was honest and apologetic about that being untrue, provided real time frames and obviously put in added energy to our situation. His customer service, interpersonal skills and knowledge of your products was as great as it could be. He should be a coach for your teams. Truly. Thank you, David. From two once frustrated customers.

Had the genuine pleasure of being served by Charlie this evening. He was an absolute gentleman who obviously appreciates good customer service himself, because nothing was too difficult for him to assist me with. Charlie went above & beyond, & he also has great eye contact & a firm handshake. To me as a customer, that’s just good old fashion customer service. Thanks Charlie, keep holding that flame, because like you, I believe in good old fashioned customer service too. You can’t go wrong. P.s. Office Milton, two things, 1: A sign for customers informing them to select email Office Works instead of attempting to log into their Dropbox & 2: Your EFTPOS doesn’t work, it failed several times until Charlie suggested I tap & go, & that did work, however, for customers who prefer EFTPOS instead, it is inconvenient. Charlie, you know what I mean…

I bought my Microsoft Surface Pro here 13 months ago and the service was exceptional. Remembering this, I have just returned due to an ongoing problem with the Surface Pro (still in warranty) which Microsoft Support has not been able to resolve over multiple calls. Jayden listened carefully to the history, liaised with team leader Khaine, and they were able to sort things out for me. A real above and beyond effort from these fellows. This is not my local Officeworks but happy to travel here for the service.

Excellent service. In and out within a few mins to buy a new scanner. Phillip is a fast and friendly. Price match included. Will keep coming back to this particular office works.

Last night I went in to print a poster for a uni assignment and Sonya and Anya were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. beautiful service and so welcoming.

This place is so good for stationery and equipment for school or studying. The people are so nice and I recommend going there

we picked up a click and collect 20 minutes before close and they helped us and then some! Thank you Mani for wheeling out our big order to the car while it was raining. You made a long day end on a nice note!

wow few harsh comments on here haha. Some people need to buy there own printer by the sounds of things. which I did, click and collect is a great service where i compared all the printers online, went into the store greeted by friendly staff. wham bam thank you office works xxx

Wow these two office work employees are just incredible, I was looking for an Apple Watch for my partner, Emma was so lovely to find me a return one with a discount so I snapped it up! Sadly it didn’t hold a charge, I returned a few hours later and I was a little frustrated but having Emma and Cathy assist me with the exchange was just such a lovely experience. They calmed me, and provided me with the most beautiful and warm service I could have asked for. I truly hope there are more people like Emma and Cathy at officeworks because they are the reason I shop at officeworks in Milton!

Kudos to management for hiring these two, they surely deserve a raise!!

Had a fantastic experience here. Needed a last minute A1 size print done, so called the shop and Khaine assured that they'd be able to help. When to the store and not only did they print what I needed just before closing, but were extremely patient as I changed my mind on the paper needed and sizing layout a few times, to which Khaine was extremely accommodating and helpful. A+ service and got me out of an absolute jam. Thanks again Khaine!

Khaine has excellent customer service skills. He really listened to me. I felt my issue was fully understood. The resolution was therefore forthcoming efficiently. One thing i also noticed was how he communicated with his team. What a leader. Im recommending Office works and especially Khaines team to anyone who needs to be assisted with office products.

Yeah I like it! Awesome stock awesome prices. The staff are young and a bit depresso but I get it, working in customer service can be miserable. Just talk to them calmly and be a nice person and I'm sure they will return demeanor. This is an industry where everyday they will have to put up with the rude, weird and crazy. So in saying that, they are actually helpful young people and they are doing there job right.
If you are complaining about the service, more than likely, you are the problem. Just be cool.

I usually use the self service machines at this store as it’s quicker than driving back to the office. The times I’ve needed to use their service at the counter I’ve always understood when they say they’ll need me to pick up my order later because I’m capable of thinking logically. If they need time to do my print job, they must have other print jobs from customers in the pipeline. I hear they even take orders from the internet these days.

I don’t buy these people claiming they’ve waited in line for an hour to get served. To those people who claim they were waiting for that long I’d suggest to you maybe peel your gaze away from your mobile phone and take a look around at your other options such as the the self service printers that you were probably standing next to the whole time.

I’ve witnessed it all from watching other customers at the copy counter, be it verbally abusing the staff, throwing their USBs or coins across the counter at them and not listening and cooperating with clear direction. A lot of people lacking in social skills wondering why the poor retail worker is annoyed with them.

The people naming and shaming people on here is just uncalled for because they have no way of defending their actions against you so I have reported anyone doing that as it’s pretty disgraceful.

I’d highly recommend the Milton Printers to anyone. Don’t go in there with the expectation that they can just magically do your last minute print job because you weren’t prepared and you’ll have a great experience.

Every experience I have had in this store has been very good. Staff are easy to find and attentive. It is a busy store and there always seems to be an apocalypse like prepping happening with stationary. The other day when I went in the were short staffed due to no one having a holiday for 2 years (spicy cough) even with this the staff were great. Good work guys!

The staff at the printing and copying counter are all incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I have my business Wellness through Yoga posters printed and laminated beautifully, thank you very much.
