My family and I have been seeing Dr Rupa for about 7 years. She’s very knowledgeable and so great with little ones. We’ve moved an hour away and still make the trek back to see her because it’s worth the effort to get good, consistent medical care. I also love how easy it is to book appointments through the app.

Me and my family have been going here for 3 years and they’ve been wonderful. They’re really flexible with their bookings, although they can sometimes be busy like most doctors, they’re definitely worth it. They’re caring and really want to help, not just rush you in and out. We usually see Dr Rupa there. She is very caring and give best advice. The nurses are really great with children, very kind and patient. Exactly what you want and need in a long-term family doctor, highly recommend.

I have been going to GCMP and seeing Dr Rupa Sehgal for many years now. She also looks after my son’s medical needs, my parent’s and my in-law's healthcare needs. It makes life much easier having the blood tests done in the same facility as well. The team are very gentle, caring and professional at the same time. The receptionists are lovely as well.

Dr Rupa Sehgal is one of the most thorough, brilliant, empathetic doctors I know. Here level of professionalism is admirable and she has an outstanding level of knowledge on all areas of health. Dr Rupa is the only medical practitioner left on the Gold Coast that excels in ensuring you have had a thorough check up eg. Blood pressure, ecg, skin check, woman’s health…. She is the only doctor I place my trust in to look after my family. Her team is also extremely professional and the dedication to their roles is notable. I highly recommend this clinic.

Everyone from the Receptionist, Admin Team for follow-up, and Dr Rupa have been professional, prompt, efficient and friendly. I am so glad that I was referred to Dr Rupa by my colleague. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been attending GCMP since 2016 and have been very happy with the level care I have received. Dr Rupa and Dr Shirlina are the 2 doctors who I regularly see for any health concerns and would highly recommend them for their high level of care, knowledge and empathy and always feel comfortable talking to them about any health issues.

I noticed a lot of negative comments regarding wait times. As a health practitioner myself, I can understand that it's not uncommon to sometimes run behind schedule. Not all patient cases are straight forward, there can be urgent appointments that need to be squeezed in and sometimes there can be more than one problem that needs addressing. If you feel very unwell and don't want to have an unexpected wait, to avoid being uncomfortable I would recommend calling ahead of your appointment to see if there are any delays but generally I haven't had to wait too long to be seen and rarely need to do this.

At the end of the day, the GPs at this practice are great. It can be very hard to find a good doctor, but I can 100% recommend Dr Rupa and Dr Shirlina :)

Have been seeing Dr Rupa for some time now due to a back condition/mental health. Very caring and fair Dr who has assisted me through many queries and concerns over the years.

I have seen Dr Kothari, Dr Rupa & Dr Haider. All 3 have been thorough in their consultations at every appointment. Explaining things in plain language not rattling off fancy medical terms which leaves me more anxious. I love bringing my kids here because they talk to my kids about their situation rather than just Mum. If I forget a follow-up the Office is diligent in contacting me. Never had a problem with Bookings via telephone or online. Reception is very friendly. Thank goodness it's not a 2-hour wait like our GPs back in NSW.

Dr Kothari shows a lot of care for his patients and goes the extra mile. highly recommend

I've seen Dr Kothari a few times and he's the best doctor I think I've ever had. I never have to wait long and he's very thorough. First time I went in was 2016 and I needed a papsmear test. I'm a very anxious person especially when it comes to my vjay being scrutinised by a male doctor but he was so professional, so gentle that when it was time to get another pap smear test I didn't hesitate going back.

I never read the comments because like everything in life it's best to try something for yourself before making a decision. I don't regret this one.

Dr. Rupa has been my family doctor for the past few years. She is one of the most caring doctors I have seen. She always puts her patients’ needs first and ensures her patients are treated with utmost care. I would highly recommend Dr.Rupa to my friends and colleague.
