The team at The Back Dr have been wonderful, always a smile and friendly greeting to the practice. The team of Dr’s have been very supportive in my journey. Before going to The Back Dr I was experiencing a lot of neck and back pain which was impacting my work and everyday life with my two children as well as exercising. The Back Dr has helped me achieve getting out of pain being able to work and not have to worry about the pain I was in, I’m able to do more with my children and exercise. They have given me the motivation and support I have been needing and looking for with also getting to see my improvements as my journey go on. Visiting the Back Doctor is absolute the best decision I made in 2023. After experiencing shooting pain and numbness in the lower back and down the leg that put to the floor in tears followed by a week of sleepless nights, I made my initial appointment. From the moment I walk into the practice I could feel the energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism of the staff. I have been a patient at the back doctor for about three months now. All the chiropractors and staff on site have a genuine passion for helping people and certainly set you up with the tools for a happier and healthier future. I am currently undergoing posture correction due to ongoing health issues connected to some very obvious subluxations of my spine. There is so much that I can say for every member of staff at The Back Dr. I don’t know if my words can do enough justice but in all honesty they have all literally changed my life. From the lovely welcome as you walk in the door, down to the amazing people changing lives doing adjustments. I started at the back dr a little over a year ago now and the happiness and energy that has been brought back into my life is incredible! They tailor to everyone’s individual needs and make sure that you leave feeling absolutely incredible and valued. I have had the privilege of being adjusted by every Dr that works there and I can’t sing all of their praises enough, each one of them are kind, caring, efficient and a lot of fun. 8 weeks ago I pinched a nerve in my neck, shooting pain all the way down my arm. I tried different remedial massages but found little improvement. I was lucky to have a friend tell me about The Back Doctor. After a couple of sessions, the pain was gone with each adjustment.

From the moment you walk into the practice, you feel welcomed and valued. Every member of staff is enthusiastic, energetic and happy help. Upon the initial consult, xrays are taken then the results are evaluated and reported back to you with a corrective plan.

After being told by my GP there was nothing they could do for my scoliosis, lower back, neck & excruciating shoulder pain, someone recommended to see a chiropractor at The Back Dr and it’s honestly made a world of difference to me. They told me they could help with my pain and by my second visit I was already feeling better. Before seeing The Back Dr, I couldn’t go to work without being in pain all day, I couldn’t fall asleep at night because of the pain. Now I can get a full nights sleep and work pain free.

The back Dr has changed the way I see how my body functions. All my aches and pains and migraines are as a result of missed/changed signals from my master system. When my master system is functioning at its optimal level, I am able to do more and achieve more.
I no longer wake in the night with an aching back, or wake in the morning with a sore neck. I am finally on the track to having my head ‘screwed on straight’!!!
Already the posture photos and X-ray’s show a massive improvement after only 2 months.

From the very first meeting everyone was so lovely and welcoming.
Now 8 weeks in, I walk in greeted by the same happy smiley faces feeling like family.
I have been having issues with my neck and back for a few years and never thought anything of it until I started to get a tingle down my leg. I thought I’d give the back dr a go to see if they could help and they certainly have helped in every way. I walk out feeling much better after each adjustment. I started going to The Back Drs about 6 weeks ago now after years of chronic back pain. They have been very helpful and informative. I still have a long way to go, but my back already feels better then it has in over 5 years! (Honestly the best my neck and back have felt in as long as I can remember)

I have had chronic back pain for over two years I had tried massage, physiotherapy, osteo which did help but didn’t completely fix the problem, after a couple of visits my pain has subsided and after a few weeks the change was amazing I’m feeling so much better back out surfing almost every day. Coming here has been a miracle. I suffered from being able to breath normally, there were days of anxiety because I could not breath correctly. In the past all I had were Doctors that prescribed acid reflux tablets, and specialists never found anything after colonoscopies. However, after 13 years, my wife got me to come the Back Dr, after taking on their 4 month accelerated path, I was able to breathe normally again, after 13 years. Not only breath but my posture has changed tremendously and I have gotten so much education and I understand the importance of wellness care in the midst of a world where they just tell you to take a pill. I would highly recommend this practice, the chiropractors are so caring and all the staff are so helpful and lovely. I came in due to a sore neck after a fall which no longer bothers me thanks to the treatment and follow up consultations.
