Fantastic Friday night dinner spot. Took our own alcohol and enjoyed the service and food.
Busy night in the restaurant, takeaways and door dash/menu log drivers coming and going non stop, however the staff remained highly professional and no one appeared to wait very long.
Staff are welcoming, attentive and a pleasure to deal with, nothing we asked was bothersome to them.
Everything we tried was full of flavour. Highly recommend the pizzas, the base was cooked perfectly on both the garlic cheese and then the Nutella pizza we ordered.
Pappardelle Boscaiola and Vesl Scaloppine were both standouts.

It was a pretty miserable drizzly night when we pulled up to il lago pizzeria, but that’s when our night got better! We sat down under the awning, just out of the rain with a view of the lake. The gingham table cloths and the friendly staff welcomed us in. It was pizza night so we had to have pizza! We enjoyed the Napoli and the Pear, Walnut and Prosciutto pizza - definitely more than enough for two hungry people. Thanks for having us!

Had a lovely dinner here. Very friendly staff and delicious food really enjoyed the Nutella pizza at the end. Look forward to coming again to try more dishes especially the garlic bread watching it come out to other tables made us wish we had got it

We stopped by here as a result of the good reviews.
We hadn't booked, and staff were very accommodating. We ordered pizzas, veal and chiken dishes.
Veal and chiken dishes were good, but the pizzas were definitely the best options. Fresh ingredients and a great selection of flavours. Dough was delicious. Kids' pizza is only a margarita (no add ons allowed) but is a very good size.
Recommend, and we will definitely stop again when in the area.

Highly recommend the pastas here, haven't had a meal that flavourful in quite some time.

The Pappardelle boscaiola as well as the Linguine with Italian Meatballs were truly amazing, will definitely be back for more!

Nutella pizza was very generous portion and the fruit was fresh!

All the staff seem happy to work there and having fun behind the counter too which is always a good sign.

Very affordable and for the flavour you get it's well worth the trip.

So many ways to say DELICIOUS!!!!

Went to tea as a first timer on Saturday night the resto was absolutely spotless and you can see into the entire kitchen and it too was so clean despite the amazing dishes being pumped out !!

It was busy yet we didn't wait long at all....my parpadelle pasta was so beautiful and silky unreal home made .. BEST BOSCAIOLA SAUCE MMMMMM HEAVEN ! My bestie had a parmy nearly as big as her head and it was hand made too no freezer geezers or chef Mike here !!

THEN came the NUTELLA PIZZAAAAAA which was so so soooooo delicious....we couldn't fit everything in ....I wish I had another belly to eat more it was that good!!

I will happily drive from North Gong to Mt Warrigal for this taste bud festival extravaganza again!!

Just to be sure you feeling me......can't rate this enough!!

Oh and our waitress was an absolute GUN we never waited on a single drink 10/10 girl!!

Fantastic experience, easy to interpret menu, great service, top notch pizza sporting a thin easy on the palate thin pizza base , flavoursome pasta dish that melted in the mouth, I highly recommend the pappardelle boscaiola, pricing that can’t be beaten for the quality that was dished up,

Yummm!! Such a pleasant place, pleasant customer service and really good food. They've catered to our vegetarian needs several times now and it's what keeps us coming back.

Pizzas were fluffy and delicious, ready quickly and large! The view outside is beautiful and the staff are friendly- definately be back.

A little hidden gem in Mt Warrigal with to die for Italian cuisines. Reasonable price, lots to different dishes to choose from and spacious seating arrangements. Be sure to book so you don't miss out.

They also have pizzas specials on Wednesdays and pasta specials on thursday

Could not fault the staff, food or the price. $110 for 3 adult meals one kids meal 4 drinks and 2 entrees portion sizes are very generous staff are friendly, welcoming and very accommodating.

The food was beautiful, big servings and delicious flavours. The garlic bread was amazing. We will definitely be back

lovely had a birthday get together, the waitress nice and eager to please.

From the start service was wonderful, we ordered a variety of menu items between the 5 of us and everything was delicious could not fault one thing. Looking into the kitchen it looks like alot of staff working but can understand why and it look like a well oijed machine. Waitresses were extreamily attentive and quick at clearing and readying tables for incoming customers. This place is must try. We will definitely be back during our next trip south.
