Was looking for a good quality leaf rake that’s better than the Bunnings stuff. I made a find at FarmCare with a great Wolf garden tools rake with 35 years warranty. Works great and will probably last me a lifetime. Love it that they have things like this in stock. Leafs are gone, happy wife, happy life 😁. Service guys were nice and friendly too. Will be my go to shop for garden tools from now on.

A few years ago I stopped going to Farmcare due to some bad experiences I had with the previous owner. I instead chose to take my zero turn ride-on mower to Casino for repairs, a 150klm round trip. I also took other related business to Lismore, rather than go back.

Ownership and management has changed since then and a month ago I popped in to ask a question about my lawnmower and I was so impressed with the respect and customer service that I received from Mick, that I thought I’d give them a second chance at getting my business. I gave them my zero turn to replace the starter motor and a bent blade.

The end result is that I couldn’t be happier with the service, workmanship, price and professionalism I have received from them since then. They bent over backwards to help me, order parts, provide advice and they got
my zero turn up and running in just a few days. Congrats to them for trying to build up their business again, and in my case, getting me back as a customer.

We had recently moved to a new property when the pump went, meaning no water (drinking, washing, toilets etc). I contacted Farmcare and they came out with a back up pump while we took the time to decide the best course of action for us. Bailey and Wayne came out and then provided us with a number of options. At no point did I feel pressured to make a quick decision (while using their back up pump), and felt Bailey went above and beyond in getting us back up and running. We'll definitely be going back to FarmCare for all our future needs - great knowing we'll be getting knowledgeable, friendly and informative service!
