We had a special event on the weekend.
We ordered timber blinds for the whole house with larger than normal windows.
I was told how to measure and ordered the product on a Monday.
We recieved the blinds four days later delivered personally.
The blinds look incredibly stylish and amazing.
Every single blind also fitted li kh e a glove.
We got super white timber blinds and they look like plantation shutters.

Excellent communication and cheaper price in blinds

We ordered 6 blinds that we only install a month later. One was of the wrong size. After a small communication issue. The manager called and offered to re-do the blind at a small fee. So far so good.

This business gives you a 12 month guarantee. After that expect all blinds to break, fall etc the products they use are very cheap and will not last more than 12 months. buyer beware!!
This is exactly what happened to my blinds 12 months after these people installed them. Would not recommend this business to anyone.

Dreadful, Never use this company if you expect to get what you ordered. We ordered 5 custom made blinds in white which turned up as cream. Despite overwhelming evidence that the blind material was cream/off white the Joyce from city blinds refused to admit their mistake implying that it was our fault for not getting a sample first.

This matter is now being escalated to consumer affairs.

It looks like a good deal online and their website is slick, but that's where it ends.
