Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - Bass Hill

I had such a pleasant visit here today. So sad I didn’t get her name but I was assisted by the nicest lady. I’d previously been told by a different shop (not specsavers) that no one could fix my broken/ missing nose pads. I wanted to try my chances anyway and I’m so glad I did! She was so friendly and fixed my glasses straight away. Definitely worth the drive. Thanks you so much! 😄

2021: One of the best experiences in customer service all the way from booking appointment to the same consistent service and care you get to getting the eyes checked and ordering frames. Thank you for the exceptional clinical service. Optometrist Alan referred my husband to emergency as he had a specific vision defect of concern. After further investigations we come to know that he has had a minor TIA and was at risk of a major stroke. Many many thanks once again for following up , really exceptional service.
