Staff were more than happy to assist. Worked with me for my purchase and assisted with fixing a mower I purchased elsewhere. Definitely recommend!

I have a spinal injury and needed to buy a hedge trimmer that I can use considering my reduced abilities. Michael went through the range and we worked out that BushRanger's MT2501 dual purpose was the one bust suited also taking into account my budget. However, we had a slight hitch with the product which wasn't a problem for Michael and the BushRanger team and the problem was solved. I and very happy with Emu Plains mowers and i look forward to dealing with them in the future.

Excellent service. Had to replace a mower catcher spring. Chap took the original and returned with two possible replacements. Great service. Such a huge contrast to the last place I went to where they showed zero interest. Thank you to the Emu Plains centre, lifesaver.

As an arborist I often need parts or servicing of chainsaws or my portable mill. These guys always do an impeccable job. Clear communication, no fuss, what they say is what you get and they do the job well. My mill is like brand new after the last service.
