Not only are the staff super helpful and friendly, but the selection of bears and outfits to go with them introduce a whole new layer of customisation.

Isobelle was very helpful when making my purchase, it was only her second shift there and she helped me pick out exactly what I needed.

Terrific store and the assistant extremely helpful, and she also informed me of any promotions they had. I was in town for only a week and this was the only store I found enticing to spend my dosh in. I really adore my skating dragon which she had created and displayed 💜..... NZ

Amazing service! Braith and Destiny helped me over the phone to order and post my bears to me and went above and beyond making the experience as amazing as it is when you visit the store.

Stopped going here for a while after the management and staff changed so much that there were people working there maybe 1-2 years ago? Can't remember when I stopped going.....but there was a manager who didn't even collect the bears herself and seemed weirded out by adult collectors. I was sad at that time as it put a damper on the experience.

I came back hoping for nicer staff and was was NOT disappointed. 😃 Great staff now. I had so much fun with Nathan and it reminded me of why I fell in love with Build-a-Bear in the first place. 🌟 I also noticed children smiling and laughing more too.

Staff really do make all the difference as the whole reason I enjoy going is for the jokes, upliftment and fun that good staff bring. 👍

I recommend BAB Penrith as it's quite large and the atmosphere is back to being jolly and friendly again. 🎄 Come bring the family for Christmas shopping - you won't regret it.

Absolutely loved my recent experience here. I purchased a bear for a friend who recently underwent surgery. The new manager helped me to get the perfect bear and an NRL outfit. Bear was much loved by its recipient.

A great place for a sweet gift for all ages that you can personalise. A little more expensive than buying a teddy at another store however is personalised with a birth certificate and clothes for your teddy or character. Just a shame that there's some characters that will never be available die to licensing expenses.

It is so cute.. Everything is so sweet and innocent but all ages can go in and enjoy a little piece of innocent fun. Caitlin was very nice and friendly and well suited to her job. I will visit again. Really beautiful store.

had a scorbunny made by Amy. it was my first time going to a build a bear and i was kind of in a rush due to having to go back to work, but Amy made it such a seamless and pleasant experience, I was very pleased by the plushie quality and by the customer service. Amy was terrific in explaining everything and we had a fun chat about Pokemon. I would definitely recommend and 100% will be coming back here to have some more made.

Kids absolutely loved making their bears here at the Penrith store. Justice was so lovely and she was amazing with the kids! Very fun experience 😊

We went for my granddaughters birthday, the staff were excellent. Very patient and made it a memorable occasion for the cousins to share. Definitely recommend them for something different

Great customer service I adore it. But a few times when I went they didn't have record your own voices. But it's a PAWsome store.

Love Love Love the build a bear workshop. Designing and dressing your own special bear is a great present for the kids and its a whole lot of fun for the adults too.
