I have bought a few times from your website and have always received great service and quick postage of my items. I once drove down from Brisbane to check out your store. I also appreciate the efforts you guys go to when there is a new RAM release and trying to keep the bots away. Keep up the great work. I will continue to buy from your store for all my coin needs.

We were very impressed with your professionalism and handling of today’s RAM $2 14 coin set. Not many establishments would offer free bottled water, tea and coffee and air conditioned comfort to their customers during a release. Your team should be proud! The team at online coins and collectables were really helpful with a coin release back in September. I wasn't able to get through on their phone line but when I sent an email, Rebekka replied back straight away and kept me updated throughout the sale process. I have been buying coins online for over 12 months now, as I am getting back into the joy of finding new and old coins. I found a few good online stores, but not many have BNPL like Afterpay, which Online Coins does offer at this time. Some that do are slow to process or have limited stock.
I found Online Coins and Collectables a week ago, browsed their store and signed up with them. On placing my 1st order, I was pleasantly surprised by the great communication and the speed of their processing of my order.
I received my order email within minutes and then surprisingly, my order confirmation email within 20mins. As I ordered in the morning on a weekday, I even had a shipping email that afternoon, very impressed!!
I do not wish to put extra pressure on them, as coin collectors are going crazy at the moment pushing dealers order times up greatly, but Online Coins processed my order faster and more professionally than any other dealer I have used recently. This may change as demand grows, but atm very fast!
My email was not only quick to arrive, but I love that it included pictures of the coins I purchased, and links to the order and my account.
Using the "Shop App" I am able to track my order, with images of my purchase and live updates.
I can't comment on the speed of my delivery at this time as my order is still in transit, but will update this review once that happens.
So far I am very impressed with Online Coins and Collectables, and wanted to give a review as I always promote awesome Aussie companies that have given me great service or advice.

Cheapest products you can buy on the market , purchased some back order products but was delivered promptly free of charge. Highly recommended. Great communication and customer service as well when I had to follow up. Can't complain 🌟5 stars
