EMF Performance and Recovery Centre Nerang

I have been a member of EMF for around 3 years now and I wish I joined sooner! The range of classes is incredible with wonderful and welcoming instructors. Boxing, Aerial Yoga, Hot Yoga, Reformer, Pole... you name it. I am addicted to the Recovery zone and love ending the evening with a steam, cold plunge and sauna. Great facilities!

Visited the kids "EMF Junior Nerang" spot. Well laid out with plenty of room to run around and enough space on the equipment for adults to tag along with the toddlers. Don't recommend adults going down the green slide! It seemed like a good idea at the time!

The bouncy castle and trampolines combined with the main equipment and ball pit left my son exhausted in a week where he had been stuck inside with the non stop rain.

At $10 for the two hours he spent there it was a bargain! We will be back!

Very well thought out gym! It has everything & more.
Very suited for beginners to athletes.
I personally enjoy the variety of classes they offer & the cold pool!

A very big shoutout to the incredible customer service team at EMF Nerang, in particular Yaz and Georgia who have gone above and beyond to sort out continuous issues I have had with the app. What started as not the best introduction to the gym was turned around by these two, who have made me feel so welcome.

I have had the incredible privilege of working out at the EMF Performance and Recovery Centre in Nerang for quite some time now, and I can confidently say that it is hands down the best gym I've ever been to. The facilities, machines, and overall experience have been nothing short of exceptional.

The machines are well-maintained, and there's always a wide variety of equipment available, so you never have to wait around to use your favorite machines.

I've been going to this gym upwards of five times a week, and I've witnessed significant improvements in my fitness levels and overall health. The staff at EMF are super friendly. EMF Performance and Recovery Centre in Nerang is a gym like no other. The exceptional facilities, cutting-edge machines, and focus on holistic fitness make it the perfect place for anyone serious about their health and well-being. I couldn't be happier with my experience here, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a superior gym experience. It's truly the best gym I've ever been to!

I'm attending this gym as part of my recovery after an accident injury. I found the staff very helpful and there's wheelchair access to the pool area (I'm on crutches).

Loved it was so safe for the kids didn't feel the need to worry so much about them getting hurt plus there's a gated area for them also... we had the best day !!!

It's barely a gym. It's more of a home with a gym. It's got hot/ cold baths, sauna, steam room, pool, massage chair, a Cafe, couch and even a playstation!

Great gym with lots of different areas to workout and plenty of space. Huge variety of classes.

Visited EMF JUNIOR at Nerang today with our granddaughter. Great set-up for young kids. Ball pits, trampolines, jumping castles, slides and huge climbing mazes to keep them occupied and active for hours. Coffee shop on-site to keep the adults occupied also. Highly recommend.

Best gym on the Gold Coast. Have been a member for about 3 months and absolutely enjoy it. It's huge and there is everything - gym, heated pool, spa area with sauna, steaming room, cold and hot pools, compression room, boxing room, yoga room and lots of classes free for members. Some people might think it's a bit exy but I think it's totally worth it, I am so happy my friend talked me into joining it!

Alright so, love the gym, been with emf for about two ...maybe 3 years now?! 2-5 times a week, plenty of equipment, plenty of room. Staff always smile and genuinely greet you when you come in... like, always.
I wish I remembered names...because the girls are worth mentioning for this.

Plenty of classes, plenty of options for men and women.
Everything is new, and up to date.

Floor could do with more fans though, honestly sometimes it can get bit hot in summer

Sauna and steamroom could get a bit more love, smells bit too often like feet...and some of us should get paid as cleaners for the wash downs we do.

Cold pool and hot pool are the flagship of this gym, always look forward to that after a workout and never leave feeling less than 100%.....unless they're not working properly...which they seem to be managing.

Some gym machines need to be looked at. As of this post, some have been slightly misaligned or "out" and the occasional rubber that's been dragged half way off handles for couple months.

Otherwise great crowd and atmosphere at this gym, plenty of parking, awesome outdoor/recovery area, recovery room with compression gear and massage stuff..

I did however find an amber heard size poo in one of their shower cubicles...that was the final straw for me.
I hear the pube shavings in the steamroom still hanging around..

Outstanding gym! Super friendly and help staff. Nice and clean facility and has something for everyone. Was travelling for the week and everyday was an amazing experience so massive thanks to the EMF team! Recovery area is the best!!

Biggest and best gym. So many options and don't have to wait to use a machine. Plenty of space and love having the gold membership with access to everything.

I know I'm supposed to leave a review here but I have a question and I see that every review gets a response relatively soon. I'm new to working out and haven't been with a gym in a few years and I was wondering if I were to come down in person if someone would be able to discuss membership options, personal trainers and maybe show me around. This facility looks like the best on the Gold Coast, however I want to be sure of my decision before diving in. Im sorry for using this review system for a question. Any advice eould be greatly appreciated 😊

EMF has helped me heaps and the facilities are amazing. Staff are great and I love going in to workout. I feel confident and the plunge pools, sauna, stream room and 25m pool are on 👌🏽

This is an amazing gym, my partner and I go 4 times a week for classes. The trainers are knowledgeable and happy to work around my conditions and injuries. As someone plus size I never feel judged like I have at other gyms, every one is just lovely and encouraging.
