OMG best feed I had in Richmond. The food, the value,the atmosphere, the staff. What a perfect place to unwind after a hard week in the office. The food was amazing

Staff were amazing and friendly. Very happy to help and put us in a good location with a pram and baby. Food was great and very well priced

My husband and I have been enjoying the food and service here for quite some time now. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and I’m very happy with the menu choices offered. The chef will even make my favourite when it’s not on the specials board. How good is that!

It's been a while since I last visited here. Yesterday 12.12.2022 I returned this time with my wife and daughter. We were impressed with everything to make this review short. Staff were excellent your chef is worthy of a Michelin star . I HIGHLY recommend this place. I would have given 5 stars but there is always room for improvement. See if you can wow us even more next time and I will change it to 5 stars. Thanks RG McGees👍👍👍. Visit today 5/1/2023. My wife and I both had the steak for $20 deal was very nice. We ask for well done unfortunately it was medium well done at best. But I still recommend this place. Visited today 21/4/23 my wife daughter and I all had the $20 steak lunch was excellent as usual 😊👍. Visited tonight 11/12/23 came here with my wife and daughter and Mum and Uncle we all enjoyed our meals and my Mother's first visit and she said she will come here again when she's in the area. Well done RG McGees 👍I give 5 stars now

My experience of this fine establishment was top notch, I have never known such wonderful customer service in a local pub. They were very welcoming and food was very filling and satisfying also trivia was really fun as well. I really recommend this pub if your a stranger in town because the locals accept you as one of there own.

I've visited RG McGees 3 times in the last week. I've enjoyed every visit and plan on going again tomorrow 😁.
The steak was absolutely perfect, the snitzel was a little over done, although still nice .
Absolutely lovely staff, "Ruth" is an angel and deserves a payrise. She doesn't stop!
The 20$ lunch deal is a Rippa 👍

We were so happy with the meal, service and area that was set aside for our large group. Thank you Ruth & Megan aswell as the kitchen staff. We'll be back again next year!

Zayah served us at the bar on a busy Thursday night. She was super helpful, took initiative when she saw we weren’t sure where to order, and had a lovely smile the whole time. She made us feel welcome and we really enjoyed our experience. Thank you!

Great pub. Heaps of parking out the back. Big fire place. Huge beer garden with gas heaters. Great bistro. These guys have the best Sweet Potato Chips. The food looks awsum and very generous. Only bummer is a limited range of beers and Ciders available. Staff very friendly and punters are really cool. Highly recommended.

As usual, our favourite hotel venue in Richmond came up to the standard and quality that is top of the table. Well done R.Gs, you guys nail it for us every time.

We come to this venue as our "Go-To" for a good, well priced meal. No other pubs around beat it. The $20 rump steak is of the best quality and cooked to perfection. I don't think I have ever had a bad meal here ever and we have eaten here a lot. The curry specials are great, chicken schnitzel and the fish $20 meals are equally as good. Cannot go past this place and there is live music on a Friday night.

Terrific spot to meet family and have great lunch. Smiling, friendly staff who make you feel welcome. Menu has great variety, something for everyone, especially the chicken schnitzel with the best chips in the area! Blackboard menu also.

Food was excellent, we got vegetarian ones and was sooo good as well
