Have been waiting for over 5 weeks for a return phone call. My wish was to start a new business which would have employed and empowered people across Australia. The "girl" on reception wanted all my details, but could not answer simple questions. Who is the responsible minister for this circus? Sadly, some of their standards and requirements will get people killed. They are too dumb to realise and understand this minor point.

i have been using ABCB login in the past. I have sought phone advice and asked to login with a different email address, which I did. Another Government dept that has all day to do nothing, not even allowed to know the of the person i'm going to be put through, so what happens if they cut me off. I have to start all over again?......how can these depts be allow to continue in such a unhelpful manner!
Now we are at 15 minutes and the operate telling me no one is available to answer the phone....so ring back. I have to start all over again, still not allowed to know who to ask for.....so back to step 1
Who's in charge, she cant even tell me that, i cant even make a complaint! OMG another waste of tax payers money.
Heading for 25 minute while she still trying to find out who's in charge......and now put through to another switch board operator.
I give up!

There are too many fake water mark certified products online. Reported few times, but they don`t care.

So many links on the website end with "page not found", please sort this out so we can complete our project research.
