After having neck issues for a prolonged period that was affecting my quality of life, I had the pleasure of being treated by physiotherapist Adam in Kurrajong. Adam was welcoming, professional and thorough, making me confident I was in good hands. It's early day's and I'm already feeling the benefits. I wish I went sooner. Highly recommend!

Great therapists with a wealth of knowledge that always make our family feel super comfortable and welcomed. Pat has helped me recover from back injury and Gabe has helped my Son rehabilitate his leg wonderfully after a serious break. I’m extremely greatfull for the family like care we receive. I would highly recommend Greater Western Health Richmond. I was first swept away by how polite, friendly and knowledgeable Katie was when I first called, she answered all my questions and advised me on the correct treatment that I needed.
I saw Thomas who got me out of pain and took very good care of me, he talked me through the treatment he was performing so I knew exactly what was happening and gave me advice and further instructions.
I'm so very greatful to find this place, even speaking with Diane over the phone and the email correspondence with Sacha at Riverstone was a pleasure, all the staff are absolutely lovely and work as a great team.
I've already booked my next appointment, I'm hooked, I drive 40kms return trip to come here and it's well worth it.

I had been suffering with knee, hip and back pain for over a month. I saw Adam at Kurrajong for the first time this week, he diagnosed the problam immediately, massaged the area and gave me exercises to do. Within a couple of days I was off painkillers and feeling much better. I will be seeing Adam regularly to ensure I maintain a healthy body. I highly recommend Adam

Tom was very patient and fun for our three year old who needed an assessment. We appreciate him taking the time to get on our son’s level to make him feel comfortable.

I came to GWH with issues in my arm causing pain and discomfort. After seeing Adam for only two sessions of physio I am already significantly repaired and back to full function. I'd recommend the skill and knowledge of the GWH team to anyone.

Western Health. My positive experience started with a warm welcome from their receptionist. Anthony was my podiatrist. Anthony demonstrated interest with with my first visit. Still feeling confident with my next consultation in February.

Gabe is a great physio, he listened and was thorough with the examination to ensure he got to my issue. I appreciated the time he took to explain certain things to me and answer my questions. Highly recommend! I chose this business without much insight but was really impressed.
From the start, everything was seamless. The location could have been hard to find, but the receptionist confirmed where to park and that the address may have been misleading. Friendly service upon arrival and the podiatrist, Anthony, was punctual and very professional. He did a great job on my issue as well as giving my feet a general service.
This is a much better option than going for a pedicure (which I have found to be unhygienic).

I could not recommend Pat more! He helped me with my back pain so much and continually provided me with ongoing resources and exercises to help maintain long term treatment at home. I cannot thank him enough. His professionalism & bedside manner are absolutely fantastic. The lovely receptionists are always so helpful with everything and are always super friendly and ready to assist with helping in even the smallest of requests. I have been a client of both Gabriel and more recently Pat at rooms in Richmond for the last 9 weeks. I suffered a significant back injury at work at age 60. Initially Gabriel's for the first 5 visits knowledge and expertise has significantly assisted me in being almost back to full duties. Gabriel and Pat have also given me the skills that I can and do use everyday to improve and minimise the chance of suffering this injury again. Pat and Gabriel's bring great credit to this very busy practice.

The team at Greater Western Heath Hawkesbury are Fantastic!! Pat is an awesome physio. He has helped me with different issues over time and is currently helping my 11 year old son to learn to walk again after having had major surgery to re-construct both feet. Very happy with my experience here!

Gabriel has been treating me for long term hip and back issues. The exercises he has given me are both appropriate for my age and ability and, most importantly, he listens! He also collaborated with Anthony, one of the podiatrists, who identified some other issues. Overall I can honestly say that I am feeling much improved. The reception staff are very pleasant and helpful, particularly when trying to organise physio and podiatrist appointments in conjunction with one another. Parking at the Richmond clinic is great.
Seniors discount is also much appreciated.

Great professional and caring team. As a new client this was very reassuring. I suffer from chronic pain in my neck, shoulder and back. After one physio session with Gabriel, l finally feel hopeful that my symptoms will improve. Keep up the good work.😊

Never been to a podiatrist before but after many months of walking in pain I went and saw Anthony. He listened to everything I told him, thoroughly examined the issue and explained everything. After being fitted with orthotic insoles I now have zero pain.
Can't thank him and the reception staff enough. Highly recommend.

I could not recommend Pat more highly! He is absolutely the most knowledgeable and skilful physio I have come across. I have had ongoing issues with my ribs and pelvis for years that other physios have been unable to treat and I have just put up with the issue. I had 4 weekly sessions with Pat and it has not bothered me again. I can’t thank him enough!

Great Western Health Podiatrist is amazing staff always friendly I had Anthony he was listening to every thing I was saying and helped me with my problem 100% i would recommend this practice to anyone with foot issues or needs Physio they are always there to help!!
