We love Hoof and Paws vets. They are fantastic and treat our fur babies with so much kindness and compassion.

The smallest of touches make a massive difference; matching beautiful pink bandages to our beautiful border collie Bella, through to accommodating our boisterous German Shepherd by treating him in the courtyard where he can be in a calm and familiar environment. They remember small, seemingly insignificant trivia about our dogs and are invested in their care. Dr. Claire is fantastic and is able to articulate and explain conditions extremely well which puts us at ease each time an issue arises.

Very recently our collie went down hill and our vets were empathetic, kind and knowledgeable about her last treatment options before we asked them to help her move on. Dr. David was truly exceptional throughout this incredibly sad chapter to both us, as owners, and to Bella in her final moments. His calming presence made a world of difference. We truly felt so supported by all of the staff.

This vet practice goes the extra mile with their care, which also extends beyond the walls of their practice. Today we received an incredible, hand written note and care package in the mail to remember our beautiful Bella.

All members of staff here are seriously special. We are so happy we have found them.

We recently took our staffy stella in whilst camping near beaudesert. She was bitten by something and not in a good way. We had no reception so were unable to call ahead and they still managed to fit her in depsite being a busy saturday morning. The staff were friendly and caring to our dog and to us. They made the stressful experience as pleasant as possible. Stellas now back to her happy self at home thanks to the lovely team. Thankyou again!

The vet practice I recently visited for my dog, Ellie, deserves nothing less than five stars. The staff's compassion, expertise, and patience were truly remarkable. They treated my dog, Ellie, like their own, and their understanding of the importance of providing both excellent veterinary care and genuine support to pet owners was evident. Highly recommended!

Doctor John Ryan is world class, he is the only doctor I trust with my babies.
Most important by babies trust him the most also, he is world class and the best vet I've been to.

They got a lovely lounge so the dog can feel more relaxed like they at home. You won't be disappointed even if your been let down by other vets in the pass.

We recently had our beautiful dog put to sleep at home. The staff who helped us at HoofnPaws where amazing through out the whole experience. Especially the amazing Vet Claire. She brought a warm, supportive and caring nature to our dog and us for what was a very hard time. Could not reccomend them enough. Thank you Claire and the team at HoofnPaws.

Last night we had to make the decision to have our 14 year old cat put to sleep. I can not thank Dr David enough for his kindness and compassion. He talked us through options and what would happen during the process of her life ending. Dr David pat her and talked to her and showed such love and respect for our fur child. Hard decision to make but he helped us and gave us comfort in our choice. He sedated her first so she was calm and at peace before the last transition of her life. I actually don't think I have ever experienced such a peaceful process. Thank you Dr David, thank you! thank you for being so kind to our baby and thank you for being so kind and genuine to us. You possess every quality you want in a vet.

All lovely staff. Glad to find a vet that doesn't just want money but cares about your animals. They aren't the cheapest but its worth paying that bit extra for the service you receive.
