Increasingly frustrating and causing me unnecessary trips to the post office. I pay for delivery you know! I was waiting this morning and saw you drive by my house. I went straight outside and started walking up my driveway, you were directly across the road by then, I was halfway to the mailbox, you reversed out from that driveway and drove off back past my house. You don’t toot the horn to let me know you have packages you just stick the card in the mailbox as you fly by and that’s your job done. I miss living in cedar vale area, Jimboomba postie was a lovely lady who would always toot the horn to let residence know she had a parcel and this would allow us to let her know quickly if we were there or not by racing to the door. Then she would be getting the package out while we walked to the mailbox all in a very quick process.

It is impossible to get anywhere with this automated service. I have a parcel which should have been delivered this morning. However, they simply didn't do what was expected. This now leaves me with trying to get the parcel after 4pm today. Prior to a long public holiday
I am also disabled and cannot drive into the post office. So much for an efficient and effective service.
I find the post delivery very cumbersome and not authentic in what they cla to do!

Manager and staff at Beaudesert are beyond rude and unhelpful. They also do not understand the products sold by Australia Post or the postal service and provided me with lots of misinformation.

won't even send parcels equal to or smaller in size of a dvd to my house so everytime I order a parcel I have to drive 20 minutes just to get it, then the stupid requests, I can't pick up my parcel at any spare moment of the day it has to be after 4pm...WHAT! 4pm really? you should all lose your job, if I was that lazy I would have been fired and so should you.

I am in Perth trying to talk to Beaudesert post office. The automatic voice is completely useless as i need a phone number to talk directly to the post office

I have now been sitting on the phone waiting for over 20 mins , so I have to say I find this an unacceptable wait time. Wonder how much longer it is going to take to get an answer.............. I would not have even put one star on here unless it was compulsory to post this..........

So slow and condescending when your there the worst service I think I’ve ever had
