More Space Storage - Molendinar

I had a unit at Molendinar facility for over 6 years and never had a problem with anything… all my stuff stayed safe, secure and in good condition. James was great, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and very appreciated.

We have been using this storage service for over 3 years mainly for its location right at the heart of the Gold Coast. Exceptional service and friendly staff. I would recommend to anyone who looks for a storage place that is convenient, secure and accessible.

Easy access, out of the way of public at night time. Tidy complex, helpful staff. 😊

Affordable container storage solutions. Some larger sheds may also be available. Gravel yard/driveway is a little rugged. Initial contact is sometimes a little difficult otherwise smooth sailing since. I can recommend this facility.

Good storage facility

Extremely difficult to contact via phone, can take up to a whole day to get someone on the other end. This was particularly an issue when my code to enter the gate did not work and I could not enter the facility for 2 days when I urgently needed to access my storage.

One time I thought I locked myself into the facility and I could not open the gate to exit. Luckily I found out the side door was never locked, so you can come and go as you please without a pass. So security is an issue.

Manager of the unit is nice, but a bit useless.

Communication - terrible
Security - bad
Price - cheap, you get what you pay for

I recommend you pay a bit extra for somewhere with better communicaiton and security.
