DLM Removals & Storage

My move from Melbourne to Newcastle was great . Old fashioned service with out all the bells and whistles . All my possessions arrived safe and in perfect condition . The guys who did the job for us where help full , hard working and very friendly .. Thanks to the great team at DLM removals

Cheap prices however you definitely get what you pay for - cheap inexperience service. Wrap everything as workers could not care less about how they treat your goods. Waiting now for two months for them to get back to me regarding damaged items. Always same excuse - takes a long time to process complaints. Possibly because they would have so many. I would spend the extra money for better quality service next time.

Would not use again......, overall experience was speedy and efficient yet communication was poor and misleading, items were missing and furniture damaged.

this company ended up costing me more money and time then any other expensive company would of!

at the beginning I chosen them as they promised to deliver in time.. they schedule me almost 2weeks after the agreed time and then after so much trouble they delivered one week late and on a SATURDAY!

it went further to the extent that the operational manger shouted at me for arguing the delivery time and hanged the phone on me after saying (it will not be there on time period).

at destination the driver refused to take the staff down as he was alone and dose not have any one to help him to take the staff into the storage unit and promised to come back with a small car with some one to help out with the unloading! they then called to tell me that they will only deliver if i pay extra 400 bucks or 150 if i wanted to go and pick it up from their depo witch was far away from my location.

it "hilarious" when the general manger refused to give me his name for me to compline about the service and said "if you want to suit us go with it its the company who will loss not me"!! ??
