Vodafone Castle Plaza

Great customer service. Prakash was very helpful; not pushy at all. Provided good advice to ensure that I bought services they I needed, rather than making me spend money just for the sake of it. Keep up the good work.

I am a Vodafone customer and I visited Castle plaza early this morning (9am) as my old Iph7/8 was needing replacement ASAP. The only employee there to help me was Aasees and he politely, effeciently and harmonously served 5 others who were already there ahead of me. He asked a lot of questions, and after I said I wanted iph15+ and to buy it outright, and NOT on a lease plan, Aasees said its best to go to Officeworks as they are not allowed to sell to me as a full purchase price, only on a plan. After buying my phone at OW, I had to return to Vodafone Castle Plaza, as OW does NOT transfer all info from the old phone to the new one!! Again I waited (6th in line) until Aasees was free and then he agreed to help me with all transfer from old into new. This was a huge help to me as I am quite PC/technology illiterate!! Everything now seems AOK/perfect with my iph15+ and I understand it better due to Aasees's helpful explanations etc. I remain a very happy pepaid Vodafone customer and will continue with you as Aasees, IMHO, deserves a raise or bonus for the excellent work I experienced and what I saw and hear him give to well over 12 other customers!!! Thankyou!!!! :)

The staff are really knowledgeable and helpful here, and Asis (unsure how to spell his Punjabi name) is just a great caring and patient customer service person. 😃

The manager is certainly more knowledgeable than the rest & so willing to help! Highly recommend

Went to this store to upgrade my phone.

Pia was amazing and made the whole process so easy. I now have a new phone, data transferred and one very happy customer.

If you want true customer service which is hard to find these days I highly recommend this store.

We are very pleased to have switched to Vodafone. The staff excel under pressure and are very understanding and helpful. Special mention to RAHUL who worked tirelessly to solve a problem with one out three sim cards for a phone. He managed to workout the phone was locked and we had told him it wasn't although it was purchased as unlocked. RAHUL then set about instigating the unlocking process for us. His determination for customer satisfaction is astounding.

I needed a new phone urgently on a Sunday. I purchased a new phone on new plan. Was assisted with how to transfer data from old to new Samsung and managed easily at home. Was eligible for new watch via redemption and received around 4 week later. Love phone & watch!

Reached the store before 15 minutes of the closing time with very less hope of getting all the jobs done that I wanted to. Then I meet Nixon there, the ultimate person who took care of all the things that I wanted Done. Very friendly, he knew what he was doing and what I expected of him. He went above and beyond to get all the jobs done to make me and my wife happy with her new Iphone in such a less time along with the other great offers. Keep up the great work mate!!!

I have had good experiences with Vodafone sales people previously but the service received from Nixon at Castle Plaza today was exceptional. He was very welcoming, extremely proficient at getting me set up with my new phone. Wonderful service. Thank you So much Nixon your a legend!

I went in there on Saturday they were extremely helpful they sorted part of the problem that they could, they were patient and courteous to me.
A Chinese man and an Indian man who I believe are managers they both were very patient and I so appreciated that.

Nixon couldn’t have been more helpful to me in upgrading my iPhone. He was very thorough in explaining the upgrade process including a trade in for my old phone. He is an excellent salesman who is to be commended for his customer service.

Jack was the consultant that I dealt with and he provided me with the most excellent service that anyone could have asked for. He was very friendly, polite, patient and highly informative in explaining all the details that I needed to know. I could not have asked for better service and explanations.. I would highly recommend Jack as an excellent consultant and believe that Vodaphone is exceptionally fortunate to have such a pleasant and conscientious employee.
