Bras N Things

Popped in here for a sports bra today. The staff were so nice and helpful. There is a huge range of bras to chose from. I was shopping for a sports bra and the staff helped me chose and adjusted the straps and made suggestions. Great service ladies 2/06/2024

I cant rate this store high enough- gorgeous girls greeted me and immediately made me feel so comfortable beyond the "hi can i help you?" They took the time to talk to each customer who walked in and each lady had a smile on their faces. They've created a really nice gentle vibe and I wish more stores were like this one. Ill definitely be visiting again before i go home ( to melbourne ).

Honestly I haven't been fitted properly for a bra for over 15 years or more and have since had a few kids so was in desperate need of a good fitted bra. I was nervous walking into Bras N Things and whispered to Karen "I think I need to be fitted properly"......I instantly felt comfortable and any nerves or embarrassment I felt disappeared. Karen's warm demeanor and willingness to help me find the right bra was amazing and such a relief that someone was REALLY wanting to help me. It wasn't just a job to her, she wanted to get me the support I needed in a bra, her professionalism and knowledge was fantastic.....even at my age I learnt so much. All of a sudden there were over 4 ladies waiting to try on underwear and 4 more in the shop and somehow Karen managed to make everyone to feel important and assisted with care while Sandra promptly served ladies at the counter with her kind and welcoming smile. These 2 ladies were absolutely wonderful and provided top shelf customer service. Very impressed and it has changed my complete outlook on buying bras, I will never shop anywhere else in the future. Thank you Karen and Sandra. xx

The staff were helpful and kind. I visited at a busy time yet I was still looked after well. I found the perfect fit bra in a style I wanted with the help of the staff. The store had great variety, was presented well and clean.

On the Saturday 30th of July I visited your store my daughter and I were looked after by a beautiful young lady called Cloe thus far we had A very traumatic shopping experience, we entered the store with tears in our eyes by the time Cloe had looked after us I left with a very happy daughter she was tearfree Cloe went above and beyond to look after us and I will be returning to your store solely because of Cloe

Staff were very nice. I came here because I accidentally bought a size 18 instead of an 8 from the Coomera shop yesterday and the attendant had also said she would email my receipt. The Coomera attendant misspelled my name when I signed up so the Loganholme attendant was happy to search for my record which they (luckily) found. They exchanged it to a size 10 instead since they were out of stock with a size 8. In the correct size, the PJs are actually super soft and comfortable. Thanks for helping me out!
