Great service from Jake at the Collaroy store. Followed through on an issue we had with some boots and resolved it very promptly. Have found the staff at this store to always be friendly and helpful.

Jason at Collaroy was fantastic, he took my phone enquiry with care and found the skis I wanted, had them mounted with bindings and even looked out for my boots I brought in for the bindings. Very attentive sales person and boot fitter.

After years and years of riding my snowboard uncomfortably in painful boots, I went to Larry Adler to have one more go at getting a good fit - I spent 2 hours here with a staff member who was amazing and making sure the boot was perfectly. He custom moulded it and sat with me making sure it was absolutely PERFECT. Well, I went to the snow last week and can confirm they are AMAZING!!! I never knew it could be so comfortable!! Thank you soooo much you've changed my life :-D

I went to buy boots and bindings for my snowboard. Broad selection of equipment for any level, range of latest models and older models. The sales person was the best, very thorough while fitting and selecting the right equipment.
