I really like this store. Great selection of products. Can't give a 5 star rating because I felt as though the customer service was a bit lacking. They were lovely but just didn't seem to know much about the products.

Shopping here is a bit pricey but worth it for the goodness you are giving to your body.

the store is on the small side, but they cram a lot in to the space and parking out the back is limited to. I normally park across at the Supabarn and then walk over.

The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and more than happy to order something special in if they dont currently stock it. They also run an awards program and send out text reminders about special offers and sales so its worth signing up for to.

Poor customer service. No information on delays of supplements ordered. No effort and lack of empathy. Almost felt like it’s a hassle to follow up a product that’s taken over 6 weeks to arrive after paying deposit.

Dreadful customer service. I've been coming here for some time. Took me half hour to get there, told the stupid-looking young girl that I wanted to see the naturopath and she failed to tell the naturopath. Just stared at the naturopath. Ten minutes later decided to spend my money elsewhere.
