I visit the store every few months. I come with an open mind and nearly always leave with a "find" that suits my look and my size.
Josephine is a great stylist and I have watched her over and over again pull together great looks for women that cost them very little money.
She is passionate, and while direct, truly wants a women to leave feeling stylish and well dressed.

this store is a rare gem. I always get a bargain & feel good about helping other women, small business & the environment. the professional styling advice is exceptional & it's a friendly women's hub. make sure you have time in this treasure chest.

Today I stopped past for the first time after driving past many times, I also viewed the Ciao Bella Moda website to find out more about the store. What a fabulous concept of a store, empowering women and supporting various global woman's charities, along with offering personalised, friendly, no pressure perusing and service. After trading some of my quality, preloved clothing at Ciao Bella Moda, I walked away with a casual, summery kaftan (perfect for bbq's and poolside entertaining) and a great little clutch.

This is a fabulous shop run by passionate wonderful women dedicated to recycling & reusing quality fashion. Come here for pre loved fashions from daywear to formal wear!

This is such a fabulous find at Sans Souci….one of the suburbs best kept secrets . Do yourself a favour and take your time to find this stunning recycled boutique. You will not regret it.
It contains a dazzling array of beautiful high end quality garments, accessories including bags , shoes , belts , hats and jewellery. The amount of stock is amazing. I defy any lady who visits, to leave the store without finding something that is just perfect for you.
Nina and Jo are exceptional in locating that beautiful piece that you are after ….and other gorgeous items that you may not know you needed. It is like having your own personal stylist. Both ladies are so genuinely helpful and such a delight. Don’t shop anywhere else until you have visited this shop.

All pieces are branded and high quality. The staff are helpful in offering support. It is a perfect place for fashion treasure hunting, you never know which once off pieces you might find.

Wonderful business! I was here with my girlfriend looking for a winter coat, and ended up leaving with half the store. The owner and workers and exceptionally kind and have a lot of time for customer service which is not very common nowadays. Josephine is a lovely lady and I am very thankful for her generosity and kindness. Such a wide variety of clothes, all of which are top quality. Thanks again.

Walk in with an open mind. Let Josephine style you and be blown away! She is amazing. Such bloody bargains here. Very expensive designer clothes at bargain prices! Shoes. Jewels. Fascinators. It’s really a one stop shop.
Reasons I’ve visited. Melbourne Cup day. Cocktail events. Wedding attire. A bloody ball!!! Who has ballgowns in their closet for a random ball? Latest visit was outfitting me for a cruise. And I took my friend who is now addicted to this place. It’s a treasure. Just go! You won’t regret it.

This shop is amazing! It’s a real experience going there and well worth the visit. I traded clothes for credit and came out with some cool stuff.
The ladies are so lovely. Josephine and her staff. We stayed almost 3 hours. They even have a toilet and offered us tea or coffee.

I've just discovered this store and it's going to be my staple going forward. Josephine and the girls have a fantastic eye for style. I recently purchased my entire wedding outfit here, from dress to shoes to jewellery to bag and absolutely loved everything. They also brought out some other clothes that looked fantastic so I bought those too. Such a great concept, recycling fashion, and I'll be going to spend an afternoon with Josephine to replenish my wardrobe soon. I particularly loved that the clothes I bought I would never have chosen elsewhere because I wouldn't have looked at them. Thanks so much Josephine to you and your wonderful team. After a day shopping and finding absolutely nothing, my time in your store and pulling that outfit together with all the girls will be a beautiful lasting memory of my wedding preparations.
