This store seems to be under new management and ownership….. They are the same owners who own the caringbah location. Really nice place to get a quick bite, very clean and tidy, lot of upgrades done in the store…

Very professional and courteous staff… keep it up hope to visit again.

As a resident of Dolls Point, my partner Rohan and I have witnessed the outstanding transformation of what was a messy and poorly managed service station, into a friendly, clean and welcoming store. Big shout out to manager Steven; you will not come across a more friendly, positive and helpful gentleman. He remembers every customers name and puts a smile on every persons face who walks through the door. If only every 7/11 had more staff like Steven, the world would be a better place!

I took the leap and decided to fuel up after my last visit to this 7/11 which ended up with a confrontation with the previous owner who's name is Iyad....

(The old man who gave me wrong change 4 times in a row. The old man who tells the customers that the 7/11 fuel lock doesn't work which is a lie, who has also told me twice that the machines don't work to print a receipt when I confronted him about my change)

So... Here i am telling you that he is no longer working, the creep has retired after working at 7/11 for over 30years. I hope he honestly gets sick and his in alot of pain for the rest of his life for his dirty actions of ripping customers off for many years. (2 years ATLEAST as I was one of the first to leave a review about him 2 years ago. He was the most dirtiest employer I've ever met.)

Coffee is only $1.50 if u use 7/11 app…. And coffee is very creamy and rich and tasty 😋

This Store has gone from 0 Stars to 5 Stars recently. Looks like it has a fresh owner or manager. The Change is Outstanding.

The gentleman working at the San Souci location on the evening Sunday 15th November went above and beyond with service.
He went out of his way to make sure we left satisfied regardless of the lack of stock that was out of his control.
Thanks for being a good bloke!

super convenient and easy to get to! The shop itself is always clean and stocked well. I live locally, so am here often. I think some of the other reviews are harsh, the staff have always been attentive and friendly to me, and I have also seen them interact with others in the same way!

Very convenient petrol station. Always well stocked with essentials and lots of other items and shop is always clean and well displayed. Can be busy some times, due to its popularity and convenient location next door to McDonalds and KFC, however, staff are always professional, friendly and efficient.

Great new management. Totally different feeling.

Appalling customer service experience.Good bunch of guys work here and a decent sized store as good as a petrol station can gets and its very Great for when you need some emergency supplies and good coffee.

Been going to 7/11 Sans Souci for 6 years and are always stocked with whatever I need. The place is always presentable and staff are attentive.

As a Local Shire member, this 7/11 was alright service. The cashier gave me a dirty look while I was filling up my Slurpee and this kids looking at Magazines they shouldn't have been looking at. The donuts were not filled and I could not find the one I wanted but it might have just been a stock issue that day. It was alright just not the best.

Lots of pumps so usually no waiting. Chips & soft drink are on special without fail. It's next to Macca's.

Don’t recommend coming here if you’re looking for the veggie pastry range. They don’t sell the pie as it’s not popular. It’s hit and miss, if you will be lucky enough to get a sausage roll or pasty. Went there today and just found the price of two donuts over $7 plus the sour man on the till, just not worth going back. Will go to the BP and look for other 7-elevens for my veggie pie fix.
