Helensvale medical centre - Medicross

Both my Wife and I are patients of Medicross Helensvale.
The staff are always very helpful and friendly. Dr Phythian is very knowledgeable, caring and has taken a personal interest in our health and well-being. We have seen other Doctors and Nurses at this practice, and they too have been great.

Without question the best GP we've found on the coast! All staff are warm and welcoming from the lovely reception team, the thorough doctors and the amazing nurse that did our baby's immunisations. So happy to have found this practice.

Based on my first time at this medical centre, I had a great experience. Dr Zoe Fletcher was easy to talk to and thorough, taking the time to listen and take note of all my concerns and requests.
Reception staff member was also very caring and accommodating considering how busy she was.

Dr Dan & Dr Zoe are incredible at what they do. The admin team always make me feel welcome and always ask how my children are. Only problem is that they’re kind of hard to get into as they’re so popular.

The whole staff are one of the nicest from the receptionists, doctors and nurse. They have been our family medical center go to. I recommend them, Dr. Cavanagh is one of the best, he listens and give the appropriate treatment needed.

I had such a nice experience, in particular with my general practitioner Luisa busato. I’m living living abroad since few years and honestly I always came across to careless doctors and felt neglected or not safe at all. Luisa is being for me that figure that I missed during these years I’m really thankful for the help she is giving me and for here availability and professionalism :)

Reception and doctor service are the best. I have attended for many years and have been under the care of Dr. Dan for most of that time. All the doctors that I have consulted have given good result and satisfaction. Thanks, also to Dr. Neil, on occasion.

Dr Cavanagh is a very caring doctor, always pleasant and goes above and beyond to help. Listens and answers any concerns. He made my 10yo son feel at ease during a small procedure and is always relatable to the patient. Reception always lovely and highly recommend this practice.

Great family practice where your health and vitality matters. You won't find a better team- the practice staff are very efficient and accommodating and the Doctors really get to know you and your health goals. You are treated with care, compassion and importance everytime.

Dr Dan is my skin specialist and I am happy with his treatment
Plus his receptionists are efficient at their job

Short waiting time, lovely Doctors and a hassle free experience. Parking can be a bit tricky at times though.
