Apple Doncaster

I had a fantastic experience at the Apple Doncaster store today with Dylan (after being brushed off by other Apple staff members). He was very sympathetic regarding my situation of having to replace my broken phone. He was very helpful, genuine, knowledgeable, and patient - helping me select a new phone model, a screen protector, and case. He went above and beyond with helping me to set up my new phone and trying to access my old data on my old broken phone, as well as putting on my new screen protector, and was great at answering my many questions. Great customer service!

Fantastic customer service went in with my grandparents for an Apple Watch left very happy. I absolutely loved the customisation when it came to picking and how helpful the staff was. My grandparents aren't very tech savvy and they needed the support and the staff were very patient very helpful.

Place was amazing. I walked in expecting for a long wait but was surprised to be met with customer service within a minute! I was treated like a person, and wasn’t treated like a statistic unlike other stores do. I was recommended towards things that fit to my price range, and not just told to buy the most expensive things as other companies do. My server Matthew was kind to me, as well as understanding of my needs and treated me with trust and fairness. The patience I received from him was immaculate, as I did ask a lot of questions. All members here were so friendly to me. Thank you Apple and Team!

Cannot rave more highly about the staff at Doncaster Apple! Have been in twice now (once with a booked appointment and today we just walked in) and have been So impressed with the staff’s patience- my 88 year old Mother wanted a smart watch (for the fall detection feature) but her existing phone wasn’t new enough so we upgraded that too! Harry and Kawai were Brilliant!! Step by step instructions and no question was too stupid for them! Unlike the Optus store- staff there were So dismissive of my mother! 🙁 Thank you Team Apple!

Had to come back for a return 3 months after purchase (slight fault), they attended to me almost immediately during a busy Boxing Day sales period, and provided a swap with no fuss at all. The experience you would expect from an Apple Store.

You should buy all your Apple products here instead of any 3rd party for a way better exchange and return policy, more variety of stocks and accessories. Plus staff here are always helpful.

I know there are a lot of bad reviews about this store saying how bad the store is and whatnot. But the service I received was amazing. I wish I took down the names of the workers who helped me, I came in to get a battery replacement on my iPhone 11 and I arrived later than expected due to struggles finding parking and finding the store. But this guy put me into the express list so I was taken in pretty much straight away. The lady that was serving me gave me a lot of info on what to do before getting the phone serviced, asked what problems I'm having with the battery etc etc, after all that she took the phone and swapped the battery. It did take longer than it was meant to due to the wireless charging not working. But they fixed the issue within 20 minutes and my phone was done. They kept me up to date the entire time and the service was just great overall.

Stephan was nice he helped me and he asked me to replace the iPad. And let me keep it until the new one arrives the only downside is

The wait time may be 15 mins but on the bright side it was fine

Pierre from Apple Domcaster provided above and beyond service! Not only giving us the best value for our Ipad Purchase but then assisted in resolving some Apple ID issues that he noticed for us, Great Example of Customer Focused Service!

Lavi, at Doncaster was so patient and nice to an 80 year old. He fixed my problem in a few minutes and explained a few things I didn’t understand. Thankyou for a really pleasant experience with Apple Doncaster, from booking the appointment until I walked out of the store with the biggest smile for a long time. Merry Xmas to you all.

The team were amazing. Explained all my options. Disappointed my MacBook Air couldn’t be fixed up. No one’s fault, just the end of it’s life.

Amazing service I will be Apple for a life… They replaced our computer with a brand-new computer and have done the same for iPhone if anything went wrong and also the iPod touch back in the days. I've had nothing but a great service from these guys and couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Purchased the new IPhone 15 Pro and traded in my old phone. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would visit again!

Thursday morning i only had an hour before I started work and got to the store at 9pm, Was served by Damon who was super friendly and fixed the problem with my phone which allowed me to use it again. Great customer service, thanks heaps man
