I waited since Boxing Day sales to make this review because I wanted to make sure I was 100% happy with the mattress, and I am! Shoutout to Donna for helping me retire my 12 year old springy mattress for a gorgeous new one, “The Amara”, Donna listened to my needs and my preferences and was very down to earth, felt genuine and not pushy when I left to check out some other options at other stores but ultimately came back to Bedshed.

The level of service at Bedshed is incredible. I called today about an issue with a gaslift bed purchased a few years ago. I was told it is out of warranty, but it is rare to have an issue so they'd fix it right away. Within 2 hours, 2 reps arrived at my house & were both friendly & professional from the outset. They identified the problem & already had a replacement part on hand. The whole job was completed in under 10 minutes, they bid me a good day & went on to their next job. I'm astonished. This is how the world should work!

I would like to thank Ash who helped with my choice in purchasing a Tempur Pro Adapt . He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me while I went through all the different types that are available. Thanks again Ash your help was very much appreciated.

Donna at the Northland store was not pushy, she was very knowledgeable on all their mattresses and honest. She did not rush us out even when we were there past opening hours (not suggesting you do the same). And also like to give a shout out to her college Jayde for helping us out during a misunderstanding.

Great service by consultant ASA @ Northland. Stayed in my budget, mattress and base in stock. Delivered 2 days later exactly in the 2 hr time allotted.

Buying a mattress is a confusing ordeal, so I made the decision to go to a specialist retailer who deals in bedrooms and nothing more. Bedshed Northland is a well-laid out store with a calm ambience. I was assisted by Donna, who was courteous and very professional. She provided helpful advice on the structures of each mattress and the advantages of each model; no high-pressure sales tactics. With her advice, I settled on a Sleepmaker Cocoon Gold. Combined with the right pillows, again, with Donna's advice, it really is the perfect choice for me; like sleeping on a cloud.
When I noticed the next day that the price had been reduced, I called, and the 7-day price promise was honoured without question, but we struck a deal on an extra pillow. I am thrilled with the mattress I chose and my experience with Bedshed Northland; now my first choice in all things bedding. Very professional service.

I would like to thank ALL staff especially Alana for their fantastic customer service. From the initial phone call with an enquiry, to my in store purchase, Alana was wonderful to deal with. We bought new bedroom furniture last week, it was delivered in two days. We had to return two items (not the stores fault). Alana and the warehouse boys were so helpful and patient with the change over. Thank you Bedshed Northland. I love my new furniture, it looks absolutely beautiful.

I did a lot of walking around into bed shops around Northland and purchased several beds at two stores. I am happiest with the Bedshed buy (Chelsea Queen). Putting it together it was apparent that it was not only a superior product but also extremely well engineered... almost over engineered! Would recommend - not cheap, but a good product and worth the cost.

Donna listened to what we wanted, gave us useful advice and suggestions, then showed us those products that fitted our needs. 36 hours later, the bed had been delivered and we were sleeping in it. Thank you for the excellent service.

Excellent customer service by Jade throughout the whole shopping experience! The communication from the beginning of the sale right through to the delivery were smooth sailing , clear and quick! The quality of the bedroom suite I purchased is excellent too! I highly recommended and will return to bedshed in Northland again!

Fantastic customer service! After having appalling customer service next door at Bevmarks, we walked in to this store and were welcomed and assisted by Jayde. She was extremely helpful, non judgemental and not pushy at all. I felt more than comfortable purchasing here and would like to commend Jayde on her fantastic customer service.

We would like to thank, Bedshed, for an excellent service. We particularly thank very much Joe for his excellent customer service and his expertise. We thought of buying Tempur bed for years. Finally, we decided to buy one after Joe explained and showed us the features and benefits of Tempur bed. Joe would update us also on the progress of the delivery until our bed was delivered on time, and advised us on how to take care of our bed so it would last a long time still with good quality. It was also very nice to speak with the friendly owners. That’s what we call Customer Service with Personal Touch! 😊

super happy with my purchase. instantly found the perfect bed base at bed shed- it’s solid wood and a simple and stylish design. I had a look around the other furniture stores in the complex just to be sure- but needn’t have bothered since I only saw overpriced, ugly, flimsy junk in the other stores! I was super lucky because the bed I wanted, Zander, was 50% off so the price was a bargain!

Bedshed Northland offers a great range of products. Jayde was very helpful and we're very happy with the mattress and bed suite we bought. Delivery was also hassle-free! Highly recommended!

If you visit the store see sales rep Donna. Her product knowledge, customer service skill set and ability to go above and beyond is a rarity in the retail sector these days. A definite recommendation to family and freinds.

I almost bought a mattress from somewhere else until the salesperson said "you should buy this".. nothing worse than feeling like your being pushed to buy something especially an expensive mattress.
Luckily though I walked into Bed Shed and had the pleasure of speaking with Jayde. The most knowledgeable and friendly sleep consultant I've ever spoken with.. she really knows her stuff. Helped me find the ideal mattress for me and even went one better by going even lower than the sale price.
I've been wanting a new mattress for a long, long time.. Jayde made the whole experience joyfull and I feel confident in my purchase.

After about 5 years of owning a Florence, I had an issue and they completely took care of me and resolved it by replacing the problem part at no cost! So grateful for their service.

All I want to say is Donna from bedshed is a legend not only did she give me the best advice to purchase a great bed but also went to extremes to give me advice whi h bed would suit me i thoroughly recommend Bedshed Northland and please ask for Donna she'll advise you to buy a great bed there beds are great comfortable and fairly economic go see the lady she'll put you on the right track "Good One"

I went there first then checked out 3 more stores then went back to Bedshed. Was helped by sales person called Patricia :very experienced sales person who knew about the products 100%.My son is 100 happy with his new king single mattress& I for the price it was great .
